I think that CaptivateIQ is great in terms of some of its simplicity. It marries Excel with databases, which means that it's quite a lot more accessible for some of the admins in terms of being able to create and build new plans, such as new calculations, without needing an expert like some of the other tools. It's really good at being more accessible than the other tools out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's some small issues with the UI or the GUI. When you're typing in a formula and accidentally click off, you lose everything you're working on. Also, when you double-click onto a formula, it puts it on the side, and you can't scroll to look at column names. That can sometimes be a little bit annoying.
