What do you like best about Capptions?

"The most complete administrative software I've had"

What do you like best about Capptions?

It is a very easy to use software, in which you can quickly solve administrative problems, allowing them to be evaluated for their profitability, it is also ideal to create and publish forms for each department of the company. This program is very easy to use and it does not need much training to be able to manipulate it, however, in order to have an optimal performance, the training provided by the technical service team is recommended. It is very good to generate reports that have this software because it allows to see and evaluate the entire process of income, research and closure is easy, Capptions has no problems when adapting with other systems to issue reports.

Usually, when my team faces a problem with the system, they have the confidence to report it quickly with the technical support team, the work of this stuff has been key for the company since its professionalism and speed in answering and solving the problems that have emerged have been and will continue to be very important to us.This program is not only simple, but also friendly and very complete. In case of receiving any audit by a government entity, with Capptions you will not have any problem, I love the way you can take the audits and many other functions using this system, that if I start listing them it would never end. What do you dislike about Capptions?

Currently I only have one complaint about some things and it is the structure of the reports, which I think are a bit outdated, however, I reported it to technical support and they assured me that with the next update of the system the updated reports will come in this one. What problems is Capptions solving and how is that benefiting you?

No doubt Capptions has given me good benefits thanks to its easy implementation, it has allowed my staff to be more proactive and quick to solve any problem that may arise. The management area feels very satisfied using this application because it has allowed us to simplify many tasks and make timely decisions.

One of the benefits that Capptions has is that you can implement it for all types of companies and projects, since with it you can calculate costs and operating expenses, calculate the ROI and generate reports with added value. Without falling into overvaluation I can say that this system is for us a jewel of great value applies. Using this application has not given us problems with our operating system, allowing us to integrate perfectly into the administration panel, thus facilitating the adoption process.
