**What do you like best about Capita?**

It is easy to use and understand by business users, familiarity with previous version of the software helped with business acceptance and use ability

**What do you dislike about Capita?**

Can be difficult to interface with bolt-on 3rd party tool

**What problems is Capita solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consider the supporting resource needs, Capita;s consultants are in great demand and on many occasions are booked months in advance, this can be challenging when planning project delivery timeline, ensure you have visibility or resource availability

**What do you like best about Capita?**

I really like how detail you can be with the software and customizable. That way it is so much easier to flow through the screens and get them completed.

**What do you dislike about Capita?**

it's difficult to get in touch with someone at Point to help. 

**What problems is Capita solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 it's not easy to open as a new user and understand exactly how to use it.
