The team of people responsible for implementing the configuration has been super helpful; their availability was great, and the team was delightful to work with. The product is slightly inconsistent in some areas and requires some updating to make it more logical, however the team always addresses our concerns very efficiently and immediately reviews them and puts them on a roadmap. The CAMMS Project Delivery and technical team have gone above and beyond during the installation, configuration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases of the project delivery to ensure the end product functioned correctly and met all of the users' requirements.

The delivered product has modernized the RAF's reporting processes. It will enable a step-change in risk and performance reporting for the RAF, allowing in-depth reporting on risks and performance targets.

Recommendations to others considering Camms GRC:

Camms Risk is an excellent tool to use. The implementation, training was seamless. Isabella Withers, Project Officer. and Abdarrahman Sadurdeen, Senior Implementation Consultant were wonderful to work with during implementation and training stage. They provided excellent customer service, support and guidance. They were very quick to respond to any queries we had. I would highly recommend Camms Risk as a risk management tool and Camms being an excellent company to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Camms GRC solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our risk register previously consisted of an excel spreadsheet. The Camms Risk software has enabled the live analysis of risks, ability to track risk management performance and progressively scale risk ratings depending on the progress of treatment completion. Its interface turns out to be quite simple to understand and use at all times, in fact this allows us to perform all our tasks and activities in a much faster and more dynamic way, another aspect that is quite interesting is the fact that it greatly simplifies risk analysis tasks (remember that the software is oriented to this), but for us it is remarkable the ease and simplicity of its statistics panel and reporting options, which allow us to carry out the analyzes in a fairly simple and easy way objectives of our tasks and activities in a much more complete way, so that we can improve those things that need to be improved within the company in a much simpler and easier way, your customer service team is at the top of the best customer services respond to everything fairly quickly and immediately to any problem that may arise during Regarding the use of the application, we are really quite pleased with this acquisition.
