What do you like best about CallTools?

I was on chat and contacted by Shawnie shortly thereafter which was nice. She answered all of my concerns and questions. I got on board and was trained the next morning (I need to mention that their support staff did a great job of helping me get up and running with proper strategies in place). So far the system has been worked exactly as explained and I'm very pleased with the results, we've already seen a significant boost in connections which I think in large part is due to the fact that there's no lag or sound made when the prospect picks up, you just dive right in to the pitch and the prospect is totally unaware that you're using a dialer. With other platforms I tried the lag or sound made when the call picked up gave away the call and the prospect was gone before I could say hello. I wish I would've researched this company sooner, I don't even like to think about how much more revenue I could have been gaining. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
