"Exceptional Dialer, Great Customer Service"

5/5

What do you like best about CallTools?

Shawnie was amazing from the start of our experience with CallTools. She helped schedule my training, answered my questions about seat allocation, data uploads, calling experience efficiently and swiftly. I honestly don't know if I ever waited more than an hour for a response from her, it was truly above and beyond. The platform itself is fantastic, the ability to dial up to 10 lines at a time, the customization abilities, the call connection stability, all of it was so easy to use. I had no trouble at all getting going myself, and training my team was a breeze. Would highly recommend this team and this platform to anyone interested. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CallTools?

Honestly, not much to dislike. It is straightforward, easy, and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s great to know that our multi-line dialer, CRM tools, and customizable features have helped you and your team increase outreach speed and efficiency. We’re especially happy to hear how easy it was to get started and train your team—that's exactly the kind of simplicity and performance we strive for.

Thank you again for the recommendation and for being part of the CallTools community! If you ever need anything, we’re always here to help.
