**What do you like best about Calls9 Knowledge Plus?**

The best thing about this tool is the way it integrates with all the apps, with the help of this we can have complete information of all the things in a single UI, and the best thing is all data  from mail, and phone get synced so smoothly, and we can also easily manage, export the synced data in a single click

**What do you dislike about Calls9 Knowledge Plus?**

It should have supported more than one language, The UI can be more attractive, sometime it takes more time to sync data from emails that can be fixed other than that this is a great tool to use

**What problems is Calls9 Knowledge Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During the onboarding time, there are a lot of people and document to process which are gathered from many platforms ,this help to sync all the data and show as a single entity and the data can also be searched easily

It's a very useful management system that has ample benefits. It also allows you to work remotely, and on the other hand, stay connected with the companies and organizations. The additional point is that it can be used on the platforms like Web, Android, iPhone/iPad. Here, customers can be Small businesses, Mid-size businesses and also large enterprises.

**What do you dislike about Calls9 Knowledge Plus?**

More interactive UI can be provided with some more other recent technical features. Also, desktop deployment options should also increase like Windows, Linux, Chromebook, and Mac. Training should also be done through videos.

**Recommendations to others considering Calls9 Knowledge Plus:**

Highly recommended as easy to use and provide several features which would be useful for daily office or organization work.

**What problems is Calls9 Knowledge Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When traveling through remote areas, helped me to keep in touch with my work. Proving features like Full-Text Search, Collaboration Tools, and Self-Service Portal has helped me a lot in day-to-day life.

The best part of the software is that we can easily manage our application by storing the important things in one place and accessing them when required.Also it has great features compared to other applications in the market.

Sometimes the daily update notification takes little longer time to reach and some important information misses out. This needs to be improved on an important note.
