**What do you like best about Call Centre Solution?**

Out Bound Dialing. Optimize call center experience by receiving and responding to multiple customer calls concurrently with interactive voice responses, CTC,TTS & TPS.

**What do you dislike about Call Centre Solution?**

there is no such issues we have faced in Smartping!

**What problems is Call Centre Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increase in call success and decresase in call spam. better pronunciation in google text to speech and has a good TPS in the panel as well as the API. multiple location(DIDs) to avoid spam.
