La facilidad en la construcción de formas es la mayor ventaja cuando se trata de CALDERA FORM. se integra bien con WordPress y hay un generador de arrastrar y soltar disponible con él. no se requiere conocimiento o codificación previa para construir formas usando Caldera. Hay varios complementos e integraciones disponibles como elementos junto con el complemento de WordPress. solo hay que arrastrar esos elementos al formulario y organizarlos según su necesidad y configurarlos, eso es lo que se necesita para crear una buena forma

Por otro lado, hay varias integraciones disponibles, incluyendo MailChimp, Aweber, PayPal y todo. también puede personalizar los formularios cambiando el tipo de texto y los colores para obtener el aspecto deseado. Para los correos electrónicos de formulario hay varias opciones disponibles, incluidas las estadísticas de entrega de correo electrónico y los informes detallados. también puede exportar el formulario en formato PDF. proporcionan soporte prioritario para su producto y responden muy rápido a los tickets de soporte. la documentación del producto también es lo suficientemente detallada

After trying a lot of free plugins for wordpress i found Caldera Forms. I like that its very complex plugin, its useful for people who want something simple but also for people who want something more advanced. Also its free that i a great plus. It has a paid version but its not needed unless you want some extra features.

Work with Ajax , file upload , conditional logic and you have a nice video-tutorials on their website.

The plugin its great overall but i found some fails. For example you cannot control the tab order. Example : when a client its viewing the form and click for one field to the next. I look a lot into this trouble and try so many things but nothing help it at all. Also another dissavantage can be that if you want to manage it profesional way you need to learn a bit , the software its easy if you use basic functions but when it comes to do some serious stuff you have to learn a bit how to use it.

I would recommend anyone to use it , its free you wont lost nothing trying it.

I can create multiple form contacts that i use for the people its registering on my website , also i create separate forms for users that are already registered to introduce some information in them.

Also we make an form for people who want request job so they can upload they cv and information about the job requested easy and fast.

Condiciones y variables, con ellas puedes hacer formularios mucho más avanzados de lo que pensábamos ser posibles, tornando tus formularios sencillos en formularios dinámicos que se adaptan de acuerdo con las opciones introducidas por el usuario, el control de revisiones también está fenomenal, permitiendo volver atrás a una versión anterior después de cualquier edición, sin dudas un gran plugin de formularios bastante avanzado.

Algunas nuevas funciones disponibles en las últimas versiones no nos ha funcionado, como los formularios en múltiples idiomas y su red de distribución de contenidos (CDN) , así que lo hemos traducido replicando formularios y utilizamos otra solución CDN (Cloudflare)

Si algo no funciona, miren la configuración de CDN u otros plugins de optimización.

La verdad es que nos soluciono problemas que ni sabiamos que teniamos, hemos pasado a Caldera para permitir que cada respuesta del formulario vaya a la persona correcta de acuerdo con el tema seleccionado, pero Caldera fue mucho más allá y nos permitió integrar sus formularios en varios procesos internos de la empresa como sugerencias de desarrollo y edicion de fichas técnicas.

It is a fantastic forms creator, using a engine which is baded in logic, where you can make advanced configurations according to previously selected configurations. I really like the function of showing or hiding fields or the possibility of email changes using the same section. The biggest advantage of this program is that it is free and relatively easy to use and also that it has an anti spam protection that helps suppress the sending of forms with false information.

As cons, I would emphasize that there are certain characteristics that do not work as I expected. An example would be the CDN, which in theory is made to streamline the process, but nevertheless, it does not work, maybe it can be through our own CDN. The translation of forms does not work for us and we have to copy the forms and translate them.

I recommend it because is really intuitive in order of the creation of forms, simple and efficient.

Caldera forms no solamente ha mejorado muchísimo los formularios de contacto que ya teníamos, también nos ha permitido utilizar formularios para procesos que no teníamos ni idea que serían posibles, por ejemplo lo utilizamos para solicitar cambios en nuestra página web o catálogos,. internamente.

Algunos recursos no funcionaron en nuestra instalación, no he sido el responsable de configurarlo pero he oído que tuvieron dificultades con algunas funciones como traducción, yo como usuario y administrador de solamente un par de formularios, no he encontrado ningún problema, personalmente

Si usas wordpress, no pienses 2x, hemos probado muchas soluciones y Caldera es sin duda la mejor.

La intención era utilizar como formulario de contacto donde el correo se vaya a uno u otro comercial de acuerdo con la región, luego ampliamos para incluir otros departamentos en el mismo formulario, terminamos por tener solamente un formulario y luego añadimos procesos internos como cambios de catálogos o sugerencias de desarrollo, cosas que ni imaginábamos que podríamos hacer con un formulario gratuito.

The only problem I find with Caldera forms is the current inability to integrate / embed it into other pages (a different page than the wordpress installation its running in), we have a wordpress webpage in beta but the only part being used in production is its forms. We would love to integrate it in our current muse-based webpage.

Its an awesome free plugin, you can do complex interactive forms qith it.

Users can select the topic and region for each contact e-mail and Caldera manage to redirect each email to the correct address, other case is to configure some cables, users can open the form, fill its personal info and select which type of cable/ends he wants and the information get to a centralized panel.

Variables y condiciones, con estos recursos, raros en un sistema gratis, puedes crear formularios dinámicos mucho más avanzados de lo que un formulario estático de toda la vida. Puedes, por ejemplo, enseñar u ocultar preguntas de acuerdo con las respuestas / selecciones de los campos anteriores o, por ejemplo, hacer con que las respuestas vayan a un destinatario u otro también de acuerdo con los datos introducidos o seleccionados.

Tuvimos problemas con el CDN que viene incluido en el plugin pero era recién lanzado, lo deshabilitamos y no volvimos a probar a ver si ahora funciona, ya que tenemos nuestra propia solución CDN, tampoco la traducción de formularios nos funcionó como debería, lo hicimos replicando los formularios, traducido y añadiendo estos a la página del idioma correspondiente.

aunque no todas sus funciones nos sirviera, es bastante mejor que todas las demás opciones que probamos, si no funciona, intenten deshabilitar el CDN, tuvimos problemas con esa funcion asi como con la herramienta incluida para enseñar formularios en varios idiomas a la vez.

Hemos pasado de tener 15 formularios de contacto (en 3 idiomas) a solamente uno (por idioma ya que la traducción que incluye no nos funciono, asi que es un total de 3 formularios) además lo utilizamos para recibir configuración de latiguillos que no eran posibles con un formulario estático.

En mi opinión es un fantástico creador de formularios, con un motor basado en la lógica, se pueden hacer avanzadas configuraciones de acuerdo a configuraciones seleccionadas previamente. me gusta mucho la función de mostrar u ocultar campos o la posibilidad de cambios de correo electrónico usando el mismo apartado. La mayor ventaja de este programa es que es gratuito y relativamente facil de usar y también que tiene una protección anti spam que ayuda suprimir el envío de formularios con información falsa.

Como contras, destacaría que hay ciertas características que no funcionan como me esperaba. A la hora de el diseño de la web, en el apartado de contacto, nos ha solucionado diversos problemas, como por ejemplo la creación de encuestas de satisfacción tratamiento de datos personales unidos en un unico campo.

Its logic-based engine, with Caldera forms is possible to make very advanced forms that change its contents or behaviour according to pre-selected logical conditions... for example you can hide or display fields according to the previous selection or even change the recipient's email using the same tool. Its quite impressive that it still manage to be free!

Some new features does not work as expected such as the built-in CDN that suppose to make it faster but break it instead, (maybe our own CDN has something to do with this), also, the forms translations does not worked for us, we just replicated and translated the desired forms instead... so in the end it does meet all our needs.

Dont stay just on the surface... take yoiur time to check its conditional logics

We always had missing information when asking changes to our catalog, we created a form with required fields and problem solved. It also improved our satisfaction and contact forms that were merged into a single logic based one... now we have just 1 online contact form that does everything!

the easiness in building forms is the biggest advantage when it comes to caldera forms. it integrates well with WordPress and there is a drag and drop builder available with it. there is no prior knowledge or coding required to build beautiful forms using caldera. there are several add-ons and integrations available as elements along with WordPress add-on. you just have to drag those elements into the form and arrange them according to your need and set it, that's it takes to create the beautiful form. there are several integrations available with it including MailChimp, Aweber,PayPal and all. you can also customize the forms well by changing the text type and colours to get your desired look. for form emails there are several options available including email delivery stats and detailed reports. you can also export the form the PDF format. they provide priority support for their product and replies really fast to the support tickets. the documentation of the product is also detailed enough.

the pricing isn't cheap and there is no free option. the basic plan starts at around $15 a month and that only support a single website

there are several advantages for caldera over other WordPress add-ons, but it isn't cheap. i recommend you to go with them if you can afford it.

Advanced and interactive forms very easily, you can configure caldera to use variables and conditions that turn your boring old forms into a powerhouse, you can select variables and change either the recipients or the form's own content (show/hide fields) based on previous fields inputs or other variables. With a little of creativity you can do almost anything with it and we end up using Caldera for way more than previously planned.

Its a must have for any website developer that don't want to waste time programming their webforms.

Wordpress only, we would love to have a stand-alone caldera forms installation so we could use it also in webs not based on Wordpress, but its currently a plugin exclusive for wordpress... Maybe on next versions.

Caldera forms could solve all our clients web contact needs, some clients need something more than a bunch of static fields and a e-mail to send, when this happens, we always offer Caldera Forms instead, we never found a scenario where Caldera wasn't enough.

Sin dudas lo mejor de Caldera Forms es su capacidad de crear formularios dinámicos que se adapten de acuerdo con las respuestas que dieron los usuarios a las cuestiones anteriores... Además puedes "programarlo" para enviar a distintas direcciones de correo, dependiendo de las respuestas que han dado. También permite enseñar u ocultar campos de acuerdo con las reglas establecidas... es un plugin MUY recomendable.

A nosotros no nos ha funcionado los sistemas de distribución de contenido que lleva por defecto (CDN), ni la función de formularios multi-idiomas, aunque eran funciones bastante nuevas en su momento y no volvimos a probarlas ya que encontramos una forma de hacer que nos funcione.

Es sin duda el mejor plugin de formularios disponible para Wordpress, y gratis, vale la pena probarlo.

Principalmente formulario de contacto en la web, que se va a correos distintos de acuerdo con el tema o región seleccionado... también lo hemos utilizado para algunos procesos internos de la empresa que no teníamos planeado hacer a traves de la web en un principio, pero nos ha servido fenomenal para eso.
