I have been using Cake over a year now. The support I get from Elin and team is one of the best support I've received for a product in a while. Since 2020, we’ve been using Cake, an excellent centralized platform that’s incredibly user-friendly. It provides a real-time overview of our cap table and stakeholders. The experienced team behind Cake is responsive, with a comprehensive FAQ section, and they’re always available for customized support if needed. We’ve successfully completed three CSF raises, and each time, the Cake team has seamlessly updated our shareholder information. The platform facilitates easy communication with shareholders and allows for straightforward updates to shareholder details and share transfers. Cake provides a very simple interface for users without financial background. It was amazing how easy it was to setup our account and start using it. In less than 10 minutes we were able to setup the first equity grant structure and in a day we felt comfortable with over 20 employees in the system each having their own equity grant.
