  ### 1. Works, but needs quite a bit of setup

**What do you like best about ByAllAccounts?**

Once the accounts are linked By All Accounts updates the vales daily. (theoretically) 

**What do you dislike about ByAllAccounts?**

The data seems to be incorrect occasionally and the customer service is not the best at times when dealing with how By All Accounts integrates with Office.

**What problems is ByAllAccounts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aggregating client accounts into Morningstar Office. Consistent data aggregation without manually updating accounts.

I love that as a financial expert I am able to manage certain aspects of my business properly and more smoothly 

**What do you dislike about ByAllAccounts?**

There is really nothing to dislike about by all accounts. They have done my company so well

**What problems is ByAllAccounts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefit of ByAllAccounts has been to increase my pocket book! They have increased our profits tremendously!

**What do you like best about ByAllAccounts?**

I love that this software allows me to manage clients funds and accounts in the most simple and easy way Possible. It makes entering money and tracking changes easy and makes it almost impossible to make mistakes

**What do you dislike about ByAllAccounts?**

I wish there was a way to help connect my clients in with the software so they can use it from home. 

**What problems is ByAllAccounts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 I appreciate that this software helped me reduce errors and made managing numbers less of a headache

ByAllAccounts is great for my small business in keeping track of simple transactions. 

**What do you dislike about ByAllAccounts?**

ByAllAccounts can be clunky to use sometimes, but the simple interface makes it worth it. 

**What problems is ByAllAccounts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping accounts more organized and making sure customers are paying on time.
