They've built a solution enables brands to monitor and optimise their product's experience on the digital shelf. **What do you like best about BWT?** I flew to meet the team, they are more like colleagues/friends to me than service providers **What do you dislike about BWT?** Snowballing costs - there are factors out of our control contributing to this + the original rates I was receiving were incredibly competitive but as time goes by the overall value I receive is going down (it's still good though) **What problems is BWT solving and how is that benefiting you?** They have become our trusted technology partner - we have avoided needing to hire multiple technical resources in house thanks to the relationship we have. ### 2. Initially, we had a big amount of doucments both in English and German, in different formats. All the data from them needed to be put in one system, with further possibility of search across all the information through the internal search engine. **What do you like best about BWT?** What we loved, GroupBWT was pretty much the only company we spoke to who got in for this project. They had substantial expertise in data extraction and state-of-art AI technologies. The communication was easy and smooth (managers and many developers speak fluent English), all processes were transparent and explained at the meetings. The solution they offered even expected our expectations. They also developed an admin platform that was easy to use. **What do you dislike about BWT?** Nothing to remember about at the moment. **What problems is BWT solving and how is that benefiting you?** We solve the problems that include data scraping from different sources (they know how to do it at scale), NLP and PDF recognition, Back-end development.
