**What do you like best about Business Enabling Toolbox (B.E.T)?**

I'm a full-time freelance illustrator without any prior business experience, but using B.E.T has taught me so much about the business side of running a creative business, such as financial organization, entrepreneurship, goal-setting, and most importantly how crucial a business plan is. Before using B.E.T I didn't have much direction with my business, so it felt unstable and unreliable. After using the platform and learning from the modules, I gained the knowledge to write a business plan, and now my freelance work feels more stable and dependable. I would recommend any artist or freelancer to make use of the Business Enabling Toolbox, especailly because we often have the creative side handled, but not the business side. The user interface makes business feel exciting with clear language, easy for beginners to understand. And the templates are a gold-mine for newbies who feel overwhelmed by accounting. Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about Business Enabling Toolbox (B.E.T)?**

I can't think of any feature I dislike about B.E.T but something I'd love to see more of on the platform are legal related business templates, such as contracts, T's & C's, and taxes.

**What problems is Business Enabling Toolbox (B.E.T) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gap of knowledge! I didn't have ANY prior business experience (I mostly studied science and art) and ended up starting my own freelance art business during the pandemic. B.E.T is perfect for freelancers, and I've been recommending it to other artists who want to start an art business, because many of us have the creative side of our handled, but we lack the business knowledge and skills. I've learned how to grow my profit and develop this freelance work into a more stable income.
