## About Elate
Elate is an AI-Native Strategy Platform that helps organizations build, execute, and operationalize their strategic plans in one connected system. It is designed for Strategy, Operations, and Chief of Staff leaders who are responsible for translating long-term goals into clear, measurable work across teams. Elate supports common strategy execution activities such as defining objectives, structuring initiatives, monitoring performance, and maintaining alignment throughout the year. As a centralized strategy execution system, Elate replaces the combination of spreadsheets, slide decks, and disconnected project management tools that many organizations use to manage strategic plans. The platform provides structure for planning, a consistent operating cadence for updates and reviews, and a shared view of progress that helps teams adjust as priorities shift. Organizations use Elate to run strategy cycles, track departmental and company-wide progress against goals, identify risks, and ensure plans remain active beyond the initial planning phase. Elate includes an AI capability called Strategy Advisor, which analyzes strategic plans, identifies potential execution risks, summarizes updates, and generates insights for leaders. Strategy Advisor supports strategy execution tasks such as evaluating plan structure, reviewing dependencies, identifying misalignment, and preparing leadership reporting. This helps leaders spend less time gathering information and more time making decisions that guide execution. Core features of Elate include: • Strategic plan creation with structured objectives, initiatives, outcomes, and dependencies • Real time monitoring of progress, performance indicators, and team level execution • Strategy Advisor for AI generated insights, summaries, and early risk detection • Reporting tools for leadership updates, dashboards, and progress communication • Integrations with CRM, ticketing, and project management systems • Operating cadence workflows for status updates, cross functional reviews, and accountability Key benefits for users include: • A single platform that connects planning and execution activities • Earlier visibility into risks and execution gaps using AI analysis • Less manual effort spent gathering updates or creating reports • Clearer communication of priorities and expectations across teams • A repeatable operating rhythm that supports alignment and accountability Elate is used by mid market and enterprise organizations that want a reliable, structured approach to strategy execution. The platform helps teams maintain clarity, monitor progress, and adjust plans as conditions change, allowing leaders to connect strategic intent with day to day execution in a consistent and measurable way.

## Elate Reviews
  ### 1. User-Friendly for Tracking Goals, Needs Better Integration Guidance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keon D. | High School Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Elate?**

I use Elate for work to track all my data and progress, and it's linked to Salesforce reports. I find it an easier way to track my goals for the school year using tables and graphs. I really like that Elate is very easy to use and helps in creating objectives. As a high school director, it aids me in overseeing the program by linking Salesforce reports to our objectives in Elate, which tracks moving data weekly. It's pretty decently easy to set up.

**What do you dislike about Elate?**

I have no idea how to link reports from Salesforce to Elate to track data. Tutorials on intermediate and advanced features would be helpful.

**What problems is Elate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Elate to track data and progress for work, link Salesforce reports, and set objectives. It helps me oversee the program's health using tables and graphs. It's easy to use, assisting me in tracking goals and seeing if we've met them.

  ### 2. Best Strategy Platform Around with Effortless Setup, Seamless Microsoft Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bennett D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Elate?**

I like how easy Elate is to use and its integration with Microsoft Teams and the 365Suite. It's built right in, which makes it very convenient. I also find the regular reports to be very useful, and the team was really helpful in setting it all up. Elate makes it easy to look up and work on the strategy, and the real-time information makes it easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Elate?**

No strong dislikes, but would love for it to be more customizable.

**What problems is Elate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Elate to manage our strategy, track key metrics, and maintain org focus. It centralizes what was previously scattered, making it easier to understand what we should focus on.

**Official Response from Tim Wylie:**

> Hey Bennett! Tim here. Thank you for the thoughtful review. We’re glad to hear Elate has been easy to get up and running and that the Microsoft Teams and 365 integrations are making things convenient for your team.

It’s great to know the reporting and real-time visibility are helping you stay connected to the strategy and maintain focus across the organization. One of our goals with Elate is to bring strategy, metrics, and updates into a single place so leaders can quickly understand what’s happening and where attention is needed.

We also appreciate the feedback on customization. Our team is reaching out to better understand what you would to be more customizable as we think about the product roadmap.

Thanks again for sharing your experience and for being part of the Elate community!

  ### 3. Elate is the perfect fit for OKR management and strategic planning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shane B. | CEO

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Elate?**

The platform is intuitive to use and allows our teams to remain engaged with OKRs throughout our global offices. The key is the simplicity of the system.

**What do you dislike about Elate?**

We have not yet identified any major weaknesses with Elate. We have shared feedback with the product team to allow for more robust exporting of reports

**What problems is Elate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Elate is allowing us to keep all of our team members in sync regarding corporate OKRs and team-based and individual OKRs. Not many systems address this need directly

  ### 4. elated for elate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylor Y. | Customer Success Operations Specialist , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Elate?**

Elate has enabled us as a business to collectively bridge gaps and break siloes between departments and teams. The ability to connect the company's goals to strategic objectives in a clear and concise data-driven format has created a platform that drives transparent conversations amongst leaders and naturally facilities prioritization for teams.

**What do you dislike about Elate?**

Honestly, this is a love-hate, but we have come to appreciate it - Elate has a product mantra to keep things radically simplistic. In the beginning stages of building out our instance, it felt like we kept hitting limitations for how we wanted to display something or surface data. However, looking back now, it has proven better to keep things as simple as possible as it has created better adoption for those that are not as data familiar or just want to be able to look at something and understand it at glance and not have a lengthy explanation for what something means.

**What problems is Elate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We implemented OKRs across the business a couple of years ago with another tool that is inherently more people management focused, rather than business objective focused. Elate has allowed us to bolster our OKR rhythms and apply a much more strategic approach. The biggest bonus of it all is the ability to tie live data/metrics to the Key Results of the Objectives, which is something we were missing and desperately needed visibility into holistically as a business.

  ### 5. Elate Increased Visibility and Decreased Headaches

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kip Z. | Chief Operating Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Elate?**

Elate addresses a problem no one else has solved. Integrated dashboards, tracking objectives, connecting to themes - these are all needed to run a leadership team effectively. By having a single platform that connects to all essential KPI data sources, Elate removes the hassles and headaches of visibility into the business.

**What do you dislike about Elate?**

If we have had any dislikes, we have found the Elate team is very responsive and they embrace feedback. Any suggestions I have made were usually already on the team's roadmap, so we have no knocks against the platform or the team.

**What problems is Elate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidation. We have been able to bring every team's objectives and top KPI's into the Elate platform.

Easy maintenance. The scorecards and KPI reports are integrated with other data sources, making updates and the care-and-feeding of the data flow very easy.

Visibility. We can see each other's objectives, creating opportunities to collaborate with teammates.

  ### 6. Elate is Great

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Fund-Raising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Elate?**

The User Interface is great and I like that there is a Slack Plugin for users

**What do you dislike about Elate?**

Figuring out how to format data so Elate can read and translate it.

**What problems is Elate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking OKRs. Making it easier to record and display progress.

  ### 7. The Solution to Our OKR Madness!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chelsey K. | Chief of Staff, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Elate?**

Elate has given us visibility into OKRs, which was previously missing when we were tracking them in Asana. We now have visuals for each and every key result and Slack reminders make it easy for our team to update their metrics weekly.

**What do you dislike about Elate?**

Right now we're able to embed Sisense dashboards which is great, but I'd love to be able to pull data right from Sisense in the future to help auto update key results!

**What problems is Elate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility into progress - Asana is great for managing tasks and the day-to-day, but it doesn't show us if we're on track or off track OR visuals of our progress (you can check tasks off all day long, but it doesn't always equal progress).

Easy to update - Slack reminders make it easy for OKR owners to give updates without even having to log in!

  ### 8. Great System for Managing our Business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charnette M. | Finance Consultant

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2022

**What do you like best about Elate?**

Elate is very user-friendly and integrates so nicely with many of our other systems. It allows us to seamlessly link data and create useful dashboards for our departments.

**What do you dislike about Elate?**

I think Elate is a great tool. I don't dislike anything about it. I know there are enhancements that will happen over time as the system matures.

**What problems is Elate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us to visually track and measure metrics for our business and hold our business leaders accountable.

  ### 9. Finally bringing our OKRs to life

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victor G. | Managing Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Elate?**

Great integrations and the visualizations really help you track and know where all your teams are at.

**What do you dislike about Elate?**

It can be a little messy jumping around from one OKR to the next.

**What problems is Elate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used it to regularly surface our OKRs, keep each other accountable and allow leadership to know what's going on (and who is and isn't performing).

  ### 10. SVP, Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zach L. | Senior Vice President Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Elate?**

It's super easy to use and intuitive. It takes a complicated process and makes it simple and fun!

**What do you dislike about Elate?**

There's not much to dislike. It's a great product.

**What problems is Elate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to manage our departmental objectives with spreadsheets that each team owned and maintained in their own way and style. Elate has allowed us to track all of our objectives across our company in one location, all with the same cadence, process and look and feel.

  ### 11. Sophisticated Simplicity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dana A. | Chief Operating Officer, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Elate?**

Elate has made its software incredibly simple and easy to use. I love the company home page, scorecards, and reporting tools. Most of their competitors have made very complex tools that are not helpful in driving an efficient OKR planning and reporting process.

**What do you dislike about Elate?**

There is not much to dislike. Next product features that may be useful is project management integrations with Asana, Monday, Notion for our teams to show tactical progress on OKR items. More integrations with HR tooling for culture and people reporting.

**What problems is Elate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated OKR reporting through integrations with our core tech stack. Easy reporting and progress tracking.

  ### 12. An elevated OKR experience highlighted by simple processes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Elate?**

Elate's affordability, ease of use and simplicity in its facilitation of managing OKRs across an organization with dozens stakeholders/owners. Elate is perfect for orgs from a team of 30 to a team of 500+.

**What do you dislike about Elate?**

Since Elate is relatively new to the market, their integration partner options are minimal. However, they provide good alternatives while they actively develop new features and integrations.

**What problems is Elate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Elate has allowed our company, for the first time in its history, to set annual/quarterly objectives (led by each department) and align to the company's overall annual goals. We're now able to see in a single place how each team is contributing to the company's goals.

  ### 13. Elate - A Strategic Toolset for Success

Very intuitive. Logically laid out and simple and succinct. Drives strategic and measureable goals that impact the business.

**What do you dislike about Elate?**

Some of the reporting is a bit clunky but Elate are very receptive to tuning it up.

**What problems is Elate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clarity of strategic business goals. Measureable criteria for leaders to manage to them in practical ways. Positive impact on our business around organizing resources,
