As a construction-focused mobile software company, many of our job sites are in remote areas where internet connectivity is limited or completely unavailable. **What do you dislike about Bugfender?** The pricing structure could be a bit more flexible. There's a steep jump from 1 million logs to 5 million logs, with no intermediate tier, which makes it harder to scale gradually. **What problems is Bugfender solving and how is that benefiting you?** it has significantly improved our troubleshooting process. The dashboard is user-friendly and provides all the key information we need at a glance. Previously, we stored logs on our own servers, and during service issues, accessing them was often impossible, making troubleshooting quite difficult. With Bigfender, that experience has dramatically improved. ### 2.
