"Essential tool that we use every day!"
What do you like best about Bugfender?

We really appreciate how well the logs are structured, and the offline caching has been incredibly useful. As a construction-focused mobile software company, many of our job sites are in remote areas where internet connectivity is limited or completely unavailable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bugfender?

The pricing structure could be a bit more flexible. There's a steep jump from 1 million logs to 5 million logs, with no intermediate tier, which makes it harder to scale gradually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The comprehensive dashboard—offering search, filtering, analysis, and visualization features—made it simple for our small team to quickly identify problems and understand user feedback. What do you dislike about Bugfender?

So far, there isn’t a standout drawback. While we are still exploring its full capabilities, we haven’t encountered any significant issues or limitations that affect our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
