No credit card required to try the features. Once the setup is done, it is very easy to create projects and assign users. It is a one page application where all the menus are available horizontally. It is very easy to learn the end-to-end process. Everything can be customized. Excellent for newbies. Video tutorials are available. Excellent knowledge base is available. Easy to administer the workflows. Everything is self illustrative and quick to learn. Excellent performance with no lagging. Overall: Quick and Easy Setup. Fulfills all the needs. Excellent tool to manage the projects. **What do you dislike about Bug-Track.com?** Unlimited projects and unlimited users are a good thing. But it comes with only one template. Templates should be available at least 5. Pricing is affordable only if you are going to create unlimited projects and users. It is created using jsp pages, not a single page application. UI looks like good-old days, it can be improved. **Recommendations to others considering Bug-Track.com:** If you are start-up and do not want to invest in leading defect management solution, definitely you can try bug-tracking tool. It is very simple and east to work. **What problems is Bug-Track.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking bugs is extremely critical so that developers can avoid reworking and prioritize the items. By bug-tracking tool, it is very easy to create reports, track defects, manage projects, and achieve the best. Time and effort can be easily saved eventually.
