## About Buffer
Buffer is a social media management platform that helps creators, small businesses, and marketing teams plan, publish, and analyze content across multiple social networks from a single dashboard. Founded in 2010, Buffer is a fully remote, bootstrapped company of 75 people serving customers in a range of industries including e-commerce, media, professional services, and nonprofit. The platform supports publishing to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and Mastodon. Key features include: A visual content calendar and scheduling queue for planning posts in advance across all connected accounts. An engagement inbox that consolidates comments from Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, and X into a single view for faster response management. Start Page, a customizable link-in-bio landing page builder. An AI assistant for generating post ideas, repurposing content, and adjusting tone. Analytics dashboards that track post performance, audience growth, and engagement metrics by channel. Buffer is designed for users who need straightforward social media tools without the complexity or cost of enterprise software. The platform emphasizes ease of use and quick setup, allowing users to connect accounts and begin scheduling within minutes. Pricing tiers accommodate individual creators through small teams, with a free plan available for users managing up to three channels. Buffer focuses on simplicity and reliability for creators and small teams rather than feature density for large organizations. The platform covers emerging networks like Threads and Bluesky alongside established channels, providing unified management as the social landscape evolves. The engagement inbox addresses a common pain point—scattered conversations across platforms—by bringing comments into one place for efficient community management.

**Reviewed by:** Shelby K. | Inside Sales Representative., Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Buffer?**

Its a 1 stop organizational tool, you can create save and edit ideas all on the same dashboard. You can link all social media accounts and only choose to pay for what channel you are using. I love that you can use the built in integrations to clip and source material from the web or media you are currently watching. The speed and adaptability are on point, no lag or crashing issues. Our support team was helpful and fast to answer any questions regarding linking our media apps. The AI feature can be used to save data to your dashboard for later editing.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

At first it was a challenge to get our social media accounts linked to the app but with the help from the support team that was cleared up very quickly.

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All in one dashboard to manage multiple media accounts and schedule posting, easy of use for new marketing planners and creative ideas.

  ### 2. Easy Multi-Channel Social Media Connections with a Simple Dashboard

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Visal K. | Performance Marketing Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Buffer?**

Its easiness to connect with the most of the social media channels including Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, BSky. Also the free plan provides access to connect 3 channels. The best part is its simple dahsboard we dont need to contact the support team for onboarding or no need to watch the videos for integrations.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

It did not provide some features like mentioning the page or person on our social media posts, we need to manually go to social media channel for this purpose.

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to improve the productivity of our social media team, also saves a lots of time by using a single channel for social media management.

  ### 3. Smooth UX and Easy Social Integrations That Save Our Team Time

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tricia H. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Buffer?**

It has a smooth UX compared to other scheduling tools I've used in the past. That's my first and most important checklist item. The integration experience with primary social media channels was also easy to navigate. Because of Buffer, our team finds it easy to execute our social media strategies for multiple brands and channels. It's a great time-saver.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

I dislike it when it fails to post, and unless one of our social media managers downloads the Buffer mobile app, they don't get notified at all. As for the price, it's pretty reasonable given the smooth UX, but it could be cheaper, especially for us who add multiple channels.

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main benefit is the ability to view and manage multiple channels in a single tool. Right now, we have 20+, and it will grow further in the future. So the multi-channel features, such as channel groups, have been really helpful.

  ### 4. Time-Saving Social Media Management Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Navadeep V. | WordPress Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Buffer?**

I use Buffer for scheduling all my social media posts across multiple platforms, which saves me a lot of time. It's extremely helpful because I can manage all my social media platforms in one place. With Buffer, it's much easier to post content across different platforms and engage with followers quickly from a single location. This feature is particularly beneficial for my digital marketing agency, where I handle multiple clients' social media platforms, each having 4-5 platforms. Buffer lets me focus more on creating creative content rather than getting bogged down with social media management. The initial setup was very easy, and I'm very satisfied with the current version of Buffer.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

UI of the application can be improved

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Buffer lets me manage social media for multiple clients in one place, saving a lot of time and allowing me to focus on creating content. I can post across platforms and engage with followers easily, which was tough before.

  ### 5. Simple and Clean, but Limited for Advanced Social Media Needs

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sneh M. | Senior Customer Success Advisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Buffer?**

I really like Buffer because it’s simple and doesn’t try to do too much. The interface feels clean, scheduling posts is fast, and the analytics are straightforward to understand. It’s a great option if you want something lightweight and stress-free. The only downside is that it can feel a bit limited if you need more advanced features, but for everyday use it’s still a solid tool. 👍

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

One thing I don’t like about Buffer is that it can feel a bit limited compared to other tools. Some more advanced features—like deeper analytics, competitor tracking, or additional automation—are either missing or only available on higher-tier plans. It’s great if you want something simple and straightforward, but as your needs grow, you may end up outgrowing it.

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Buffer solves the challenge of managing multiple social media accounts while still posting consistently. Rather than logging into several platforms every day, I can plan and schedule everything in one place and have it publish automatically.

For me, that means real time savings, more consistent content, and an easier way to see what’s working through its simple analytics. Overall, it makes social media feel less stressful, more organized, and much easier to stay on top of.

  ### 6. All-in-One Social Management That Makes Scheduling and Engagement Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David C. | Communications Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Buffer?**

Buffer allows us to manage multiple social channels all in one place. By being able to schedule content across channels, manage engagement in one place, and view our social data more efficiently, we can maintain and grow our social presence in one platform.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

Meta doesn't allow Buffer to pull data on some of our channels. This creates some inefficiencies around how we can use the analytics tab. I'd rather be able to check all our analytics in one place.

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a small communications team. Buffer allows us to manage our social platforms efficiently with one login. It also allows us to review and approve posts quickly, which can help when we are working on tight timelines. It saves us valuable time every day.

  ### 7. Effortless Social Media Management with Intuitive Scheduling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charanteja N. | Digital marketing executive, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Buffer?**

Key highlights include its user-friendly interface, ability to customize posts for different platforms and the content calender used to schedule the Ad-Posts
Below the reasons why I like Buffer
1.We can schedule a single post and then customize it for each platform, optimizing content, links, and hashtags for each audience.
2.A clear, visual calendar view helps users see and organize their planned posts across all connected social media accounts.
3.A mobile app for both iOS and Android allows you to schedule and manage your social media accounts on the go
4.For teams, Buffer offers features like inviting unlimited collaborators and assigning roles and permissions, which helps in keeping everyone aligned.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

I dislike Buffer mosstly regarding its limited analytics, high pricing for advanced features, and occasional performance issues.
1. analytics and reporting tools are insufficient, especially when compared to native platforms or other social media management tools
2.cost burdensome when we need to manage multiple social accounts or access advanced features
3.tools available for engaging with their audience are basic

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Buffer is a social media management platform that solves the primary problems of time management, content consistency, and workflow inefficiency for individuals and teams
Below are the reasons:
1. Manually posting to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms individually is time-consuming and inefficient.
2.Keeping track of content ideas, drafts, and a content calendar across different tools
3.Managing contributions from team members or clients, ensuring brand consistency, and getting necessary approvals without a centralized system
4.Understanding how posts are performing across different platforms requires gathering data from multiple sources, which makes cross-platform analysis difficult.

  ### 8. Easy-to-Use Social Media Scheduling That Saves Time

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard M. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Buffer?**

This is an easy-to-use tool that helps me schedule and post to my social media platforms, saving me time and effort.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

With the free version, you only get a limited number of scheduled posts. Also, every so often, some scheduled posts fail to publish.

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me save time by scheduling posts for the week, and it also keeps everything organized so I can stay on top of my posts.

  ### 9. Effortless Social Scheduling That Lets Me Set It and Forget It

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

It’s made posting to social so much easier. Now I just schedule it once I’ve finished, and then I can forget about it. Before, I was constantly relying on calendar reminders just to make sure I posted.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

I wish you had an integration with Discord.

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Regular posting to our socials without having to remember the specific time or day to post. Great for having regular content.

  ### 10. Affordable and Insightful, Perfect for Small Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sourabh K. | Branding Manager, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Buffer?**

I use Buffer for scheduling posts, which is a big help when I'm managing my travel company, especially during long trips with low network zones. I find it affordable, which makes it the best fit for a small organization like ours. I also appreciate the insights feature as it helps me understand what's working with my audience.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

LinkedIn PDF upload is not available and Buffer lacks Hootsuite's content idea and content listening tools. It also does not allow me to properly preview, and in general, it does not feel seamless.

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I schedule posts with Buffer when I'm in areas with low network coverage, keeping me stress-free. Its insights help me understand what works with my audience.

  ### 11. Ideal Free Tool for Solo Social Media Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anil P. | Search Engine Optimization Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Buffer?**

I like that Buffer offers up to 3 social channels for free, which is very valuable for me. It's great that I can manage my clients' social media, schedule posts, and track the performance of posts without having to log into individual channels. I appreciate being able to track user engagement across multiple platforms in a single window, which helps me plan future posts efficiently. The initial setup was very easy thanks to the on-screen guidance and guided tour.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

I think AI caption generation in the free plan would be very helpful.

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Buffer to manage social media by posting to 3 platforms at once, track user engagement, and plan future posts from a single platform. It's valuable for offering 3 free channels and viewing each channel's performance in one window.

  ### 12. Buffer Gets Social Media Done

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa S. | Content Writer and Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Buffer?**

Buffer helps with platforms that are a bit less utilized, such as Blusky. I can use it for Instagram and Facebook easily. I like that I can save unlimited drafts until I can queue them.

Customer support has always been helpful when there are glitches, although sometimes, when there are upgrades, it gets glitchier than I'd hoped. It is easy to integrate with mainstream social apps and newer ones like Blusky

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

Buffer is great in general, but I have trouble squinting at the screen for the calendars. It's not clunky or anything like that, I just think the calendar display could be better. I really have no other complaints. It's really easy to use if you're used to using social media software. Getting set up is easy as well. I've never used customer support, to be honest. But I use this all the time.

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a solution that also integrates BluSky and that was what I found. They do a good job with it and it's not hard to use.

  ### 13. Easy and Affordable, but Glitchy Posts and Limited Reporting

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexie B. | Social Media Strategist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Buffer?**

It's easy to use for beginners. It's also one of the more affordable options. One of the only places you can schedule Bluesky and Threads

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

Glitches a lot or posts fail. Limited reporting capabilities and a bit too simplistic for complex workflows

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's the only place we can schedule content on Bluesky and Threads

  ### 14. To improve and simplify your social media routine, Buffer is a powerful scheduling application

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shishu Raj P. | Assistant Vice President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Buffer?**

What I genuinely love most about Buffer is how simple and clean it makes everything.

It takes the overwhelming feeling out of social media management. You get this beautiful, easy-to-use content calendar where you can quickly see the entire week ahead. That way, you can step back, plan your content, and then the app just reliably takes care of the posting for you.

For me, that simplicity and the ability to schedule things out in bulk is a total time-saver—it lets me actually focus on creating good content instead of constantly fiddling with different platforms.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

The primary downside of Buffer is its simplicity—it lacks the advanced features found in competitors.

The main complaints are:

Limited Engagement & Listening: It doesn't offer robust tools for social listening (monitoring brand mentions across the web) or a unified inbox for quickly managing all comments and replies.

Basic Analytics: The reports are often considered too shallow for large teams that require in-depth competitive or custom reporting.

Cost for Scale: The pricing can get expensive quickly if you manage a large number of social accounts.

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Buffer solves three main problems:

Time Management: It lets you schedule posts in advance across all your social accounts from one place, eliminating the need for daily manual posting.

Inconsistency: It ensures a consistent content flow by automatically posting at optimal times, even when you're busy.

Lack of Insight: It provides simple analytics to help you quickly see what content performs best so you can refine your strategy.

Benefit: You save significant time while maintaining a professional, data-driven, and consistent social media presence.

  ### 15. Intuitive Social Media Scheduling with a Few Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan W. | Account Director, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Buffer?**

I like that Buffer is intuitive to use and feature-rich. Even though there are capabilities that are more advanced than what we need, it's really helpful for the most simple and valuable tasks. It also makes it easy to visually plan out what we're doing on different days, and I like the set it and forget it mentality it provides.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

Sometimes posts fail, which is frustrating. It's probably more on the social media platforms than it is on Buffer, but it's still annoying. And there are certain types of posts that you cannot schedule in advance, which is annoying.

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Buffer lets us easily plan social media posts, bringing a 'set it and forget it' ease to our scheduling, especially for our new products.

  ### 16. Convenience of publications, limited free features

I like that Buffer helps schedule posts in different time zones. It's really convenient because you can set posts for any time within a specified time zone. I also liked that its setup is very easy.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

I don't like the limited number of free channels that can be added; I would like more in the free version.

Buffer helps me plan social media posts and guide people through the sales funnel.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pawan K. | Digital Marketing Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Buffer?**

The most liked thing about Buffer is to add and integrate all of the social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more, which resolved my login issue every time, scheduling the post to individual platforms, tracking the post report, and checking the analytics of monthly, weekly, yearly, and more.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

The dislike about this platform called Buffer is to the customer support. Once upon a time I was adding my client social media platforms to Buffer admin panel and i was in India and the client account was from USA. I have faced alot of issue by linking the accounts that time till customer supported me.

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have resolved a lot of problems by using Buffer for a long time for my multiple projects. The major problem I have resolved for login issues again and again for accounts from India and USA social accounts. Once I was using Buffer, I logged in once, and I have used it for a minimum of 6 months without any issues and scheduling social media posts for 1 week prior, so it does make me hurry about my future plan and work. Thank you, Buffer.

There are improvements all the time but I wish there was more in depth analytics with all the connection types.

**What do you like best about Buffer?**

We were able to increase our brand's visibility and presence by optimizing Buffer's ability to analyze the performance of our posts. This has allowed us to change our approach and achieve higher engagement results. It is a platform that makes it easy to manage multiple social media accounts and launch campaigns across multiple platforms. The ability to create ads quickly is fantastic, and the best part is the clear methodology that makes it easy to understand. I also like their customized reporting. With Buffer, gathering the necessary components for a raw data dump is a breeze. A wealth of tracking, reporting and management options are at your fingertips. Because it scales so efficiently, it comes highly recommended for large organizations with big marketing budgets.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

It's served us well, but if I could change one thing, it would be the interface; it's not always the fastest and has limitations when dealing with large data sets.

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Buffer has made it easier for us to plan, execute, monitor and report on our social media efforts. We took full advantage of the unique features of our proprietary technology, including portfolios and intent-driven marketing. We've been able to significantly increase our productivity thanks to its mass editing capabilities and automated rules. It has enabled us to increase our productivity. It offers the ideal solution by providing data-driven insights and optimization tools that help make informed decisions, making it a top platform for many companies looking to plan, activate and amplify their marketing across multiple digital channels.

Simplcity of sending and adjusting tone and hastags by platform. However I did notice a a 20% decrease when I start using the feature. I am unsure if it was my content of a bad week for social engagement.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

It can be a little glitchy and often you have to go in a manually resend a post.

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing multi-platform social media distribution with ease. It saves a ton of time and is a huge help when you need to get a snapshot of what you content calendar looks like. The anaylitics could be more robust but are a nice way to keep an eye on what is working and what is not.

  ### 33. Buffer, a Social Media productivity changer.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose A. | Marketing Assistant, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Buffer?**

I've been using Buffer for 5 years, and it has helped me the way I manage my main social media profiles. In particular, the platform's scheduling feature has simplified my life but also the simply way to repost published content. I'm able to get more done throughout the day since I can pre-schedule my social media updates in advance.

The way it manages the several images associated to the publication was what I have enjojed most since Buffer showed up in the market. Also the custom URL shortener which can connect with your analytics. Both features are also excellent.

Buffer is a great option for those who want to publish and re-publish quickly using the basic social media features.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

As I said earlier, I have used Buffer for a long time with no main issues but the use of emojis was quite tedious for many years of using the tool. Recently Buffer has solved it by showing your most used emojis first to select instead of having to scroll down all the emojis if it happened you needed to select a country flag...one of the last emojis in the list, which was really annoying.

I have not liked that on the free plan Buffer has removed the posibility to have threaded tweets. This just got updated creating a kind of confussion since the "upgrade" message kept showing up when some weeks ago was added to the free plan.

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Buffer improves the process to work with the publication calendar. A really easy way to schedule posts in your different social media channels. Excelent analytic feedback and what I like most is the hability to republish content that you have already published but remember that you are unable to create threaded tweets unless you upgrade to a paid plan.

  ### 34. Buffer is a platform that help us to manage multi social accounts

The best part of the software is that is quite fluent and easy to navigate and understand. Also, they have responsive customer support which gives a great user experience. Mostly I use this platform daily to manage all my social media accounts and also schedule multiple posts at different timings for better results. It is quite easy to integrate it with all other social media accounts of our organizations in seconds.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

The software is a good-to-go software and quite easy to understand but initially while using and implementing all the tools and functions of the software. It confused our team regarding how to go further with the advanced scheduling and post-queuing but gradually we learned the process and worked on it flawlessly.

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem that we were facing to managing all of our social accounts from a single source but now it has become possible due to buffer and we can manage all of the accounts with less resources and time. It is a great app and start-ups should must try it.

Buffer takes all the stress out of social media management. There's a great draft and approval process along with an easy to use asset library.

Having multiple platforms in one place but still having the benefit of most of the native apps is well worth the subscription cost.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

It's tricky to find fault. The queuing system can be a little strange when you have a set idea of when you want scheduled content to land but a few tweaks and you're good to go.

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously we scheduled content natively in each app. I needed a way to easily manage content on multiple platforms with a number of colleagues without giving everyone publishing access.

From an early user in 2015 to a forever-champion in 2023, Buffer has grown with me in my career. I remember taking a Buffer Premium trial to the max and bucketing over 50 posts. Buffer has grown with my career – and making it easier along the way.

For every social media training I give my colleagues or the industry, Buffer is always mentioned with a smile. I always say that becoming a social media content creator or curator takes time, but with buffer, it expedites the human behavior curve, allowing for a seamless addition to any professional’s tech stack.

Just recently, I have fallen in love with Buffer’s Content spot, dropping ideas in when I do not have the time to properly create my message. I post on topics around personal branding, networking, professional development, social media, and even coffee. I see myself as one of Buffer’s secret stalkers – always keeping an eye on the updates and whispering the amazing, time-saving features.

With 20 years of experience, Buffer has been a player in my following growth on my personal LinkedIn and Twitter accounts, with over 5,300 followers. I cannot imagine life without Buffer.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

Over the course of time, Buffer has moved free features to paid features. Of course, don't all SaaS platforms do that nowadays?

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel M. | UX Researcher, Consumer Goods, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Buffer?**

The best part of this tool is that when I was working as Social Media Coordinator, I was able to schedule my posts in different social media ahead of time, making my life easier.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

I wish that the interface were a little more user firendly and make it a little more fun for the users. I also think that would be nice to have a collaboration option (Not sure if this is available now) but it was not available when I used it. And would be very nice to have the option of some kind or included software to review your text or post to have less mistakes when writing.

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At my time working with social media, it was helping me to save time to work in other projects by managing the social media posts ahead of time.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Subham D. | Illustrator, E-Learning, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Buffer?**

I can sleep and not worry about my videos to be posted at scheduled time. Its user interface is top notch and easy to cope up with. Its web page builder has lots of tools and easy to use too. I could create a web page in just few clicks and use it to drive traffic.

**What do you dislike about Buffer?**

I could not add a profile picture in the platform, because there is no option for doing so. The pricing was unaffordable for me. Its not as advanced and customizable as other social media management tools. Buffer can use AI to automate web page designing which would be really useful.

**What problems is Buffer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Buffer is helping creators and business owners with a busy schedule to advertise their services online by posting the respective content for them online at the scheduled time. I used Buffer as a post scheduler for the youtube channel of my company, but at first I tried it with a demo channel and it worked amazing.
