**What do you like best about BSI CTMS?**

For the most part, the layout is very easy to use and understand.  You can use the sign panel or the main screen to navigate.

**What do you dislike about BSI CTMS?**

There are plenty of hidden steps they you need to take in order to move on to the "next phase" of your report, plan, overview, etc.   Basically, you really have to pay attention in training or retrain yourself if its been a while or you will miss significant steps in the processes.

**Recommendations to others considering BSI CTMS:**

Make sure you do the training and pay attention.  May need to refer back.

**What problems is BSI CTMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing clinical sites.  Streamlines clinical site management over several systems including etmf.
