## BRYTER Reviews
  ### 1. Very Easy to Use, Even for Non-Technical Users

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sahil P. | AIML Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

It’s genuinely very easy to use, even for a non-technical person (lawyer). The new AI features automate the documentation process and are almost accurate when it comes to the rules.

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

The dashboard isn’t very detailed or in-depth across all functionalities. While it’s easy to build the logic, integration is difficult. I’d also like to see more built-in reporting features so I don’t have to add or export data to get the reports I need.

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With a review process involving 50+ documents, it’s now fairly easy to summarize everything and understand the overall context. The direct connection between email, requests, and the AI agent also helps maintain clear communication and keeps everyone aligned.

  ### 2. Customized Document Generation Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gerald B. | Owner, Health, Wellness and Fitness, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2023

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

We can simply design and maintain a customized document for our clients using BRYTER. It's a simple tool made to satisfy our particular needs, giving me peace of mind.

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

The database integration and excel are not simple, and I am not satisfied with their integration features.

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have the ability to create and alter our document design. With the ability to tailor our legal services to our customer's precise needs, we have seen an increase in repeated business and client satisfaction.

  ### 3. Lego for Lawyers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dr. Martin M. | Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2022

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

We are using BRYTER for almost two years as a Legal Tech tool for document generation. Its decision tree structure is logical and intuitive but also powerful enough to solve complex legal use cases.
As a BRYTER user, I enjoy the great support from my personal BRYTER customer success manager. I also appreciate that the BRYTER coding platform will be improved with new powerful updates every few months.

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

At the beginning, the Excel and database integration could be more efficient but the BRYTER team was working on this issue and came up with a good solution.

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a small and specialized law firm we do not have our own IT staff who can deal with coding. BRYTER is providing us with an easy-to-use non-code platform that enables us to build and update a specific document generation tool tailored precisely to our client's needs.

  ### 4. Endless possibilities while being incredibly easy to learn and use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthieu v. | Teamlead Legal Tech, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2022

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

BRYTER is a great tool that can do everything. It can automate a workflow, generate documents, hand over documents for review and generate management information without the need to code. It's really easy to use, there is no need to be technical to understand the logic behind BRYTER. The WYSIWYG editor works intuitively. This makes building a nice experience. The great BRYTER team supports you with onboarding sessions and helpful suggestions during the build of the modules.

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

So far, there is nothing to dislike. Whenever something is not working the way you want, the BRYTER team is ready to fix it!

**Recommendations to others considering BRYTER:**

Are you looking for a no-code service platform? Consider BRYTER!

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BRYTER works best for us in workflows where a lot of standardized decisions take place. BRYTER works great in streamlining these processes and making it easy to store the knowledge of the team in a system. This way, a new employee can get up to speed much quicker than we used to!

  ### 5. Endless possibilities for workflow automation, even for those without zero coding experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Frances S. | Head of Research & Innovation, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2022

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

Bryter is an incredibly flexible platform which integrates multiple different tools for end to end automation. Whether you need to integrate emails, templates, documents, downloads or build databases and reports, it is all possible. As a tech-y who works with non-techies, it is refreshing to use a tool which all of my colleagues immediately understand the value of and are able to get straight to using.
Finally, the bryter team are amazing. Responsive, thoughtful and supportive. I can't remember the last time I had such good customer service from a tech company.

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

We are waiting for a Hubspot integration which needs to be added to the roadmap, however this isn't really a blocker to our functionality.

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have streamlined the workflow, enabling our management team to reduce the amount of time it takes to supervise our trainee legal adviers. MT no longer has to switch between apps or programmes and we aren't losing people in the process due to poor admin or user error.

  ### 6. Very logical and easy to use SW for building your own project

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivana R. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2022

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

Bryter is very logical and user-friendly and uses only very basic formulas from programming languages, which makes it easy to use even for people with minimum knowledge of IT or coding.

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

Nothing that I can think of right now....

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are building an app for orgs that would like to move offices or register a new org abroad. Bryter allows us to build a guided pathway for users that are not yet decided where they want to set up which is a great advantage compared to a standard website that only displays information - user can select its own preferences and based on those, the content gets customized for each user.

  ### 7. Bryter is super easy to learn/use and gives autonomy to lawyers to realize their dream projects.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dr. Ozgur C. | Pro Bono Director, Europe, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2022

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

It is helpful that it is intiutive and simple. The design is well thought through. You do not need to be tech savvy to understand the logic

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

I would love to have more design elements incorporated such as highlighting sentences, changing colors, etc.

**Recommendations to others considering BRYTER:**

I strongly recommend Bryter to everyone. I tried other no-code platforms previously and Bryter is the easiest and the simplest one to use. The customer service is fantastic. They go above and beyond to support us and meet our needs.

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Access to justice problems of vulnerable people. Projects that were difficult to realise previously became easy and achievable with Bryter.

  ### 8. Build powerful applications in a simple way

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2022

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

Allows users, with minimal training required, to quickly build functioning prototype tools. Time to MVP is great. Empowers subject matter experts to build their own tools.
More advanced features allow for much more powerful applications to be built.
Visual editor means stucture of tools is clear.
Debugging and testing features are improving.

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

The document automation capabilities are limited - doesn't have anywhere near the sophistication of other dedicated document automation tools.
Look and feel of the tools could be more flexible.
Absence of any data visualisation capability.

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially, embedding high level legal knowledge into non-chargeable client-facing tools, to generate leads and market intelligence.
Increasingly looking at paid-for tools in more narrow areas of legal knowledge

  ### 9. Intuitive and easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shawn T. | South East Asia Pitch Team Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2022

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

Platform is very intuitive. Without any coding background, we did not find it difficult to create an app. Our coordinator and guide Pin was responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

I have nothing to compare against, I'm happy with BRYTER.

**Recommendations to others considering BRYTER:**

This WYSIWYG no-code platform really does what it says, give it a try!

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BRYTER allowed us to create an app that reduced manual input and human error, and streamlined a process that was time-consuming and potentially confusing for clients.

  ### 10. perfect experiences in my first half year with bryter

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2022

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

The simplicity of the tool. I am a lawyer who is not very good in IT-things. The use of bryter intuitively and user-friendly (in backend and frontend).
The Bryter Team is very engaged and has a good working spirit.

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

If i am true: nothing so far. Every problem has been solved by the bryter-Team within short period so far.

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eLearning for Compliance - no need for presence trainings anymore. Much easier for the legal team, not only because of COVID.
NDA Generator - nearly every reasonably regularly occurring constellation can be made with bryter.
Whistleblowing-Tool

  ### 11. The perfect tool to streamline business processes and work more effectively.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dania W. | Data Privacy Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2022

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

The support of the BRYTER staff is great and they help you very quickly how to best use the tool for your individual business case to get the most out of it.

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

It's not entirely self-explanatory or intuitive. You should deal with it intensively and it requires a high time investment at the beginning.

**Recommendations to others considering BRYTER:**

it helps a lot to streamline business processes and effectively save costs and time.

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contracts (data protection). The process/procedure for signing contracts was significantly streamlined and shortened in terms of time.

  ### 12. BRYTER has revolutionised our case management processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philip W. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2021

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

It is simple and flexible, yet extremely powerful - the platform can be used in many different ways and can be adapted to help with any issue. Everything is easy and it is very intuitive - people who are not technically-minded at all are able to use it very easily. The BRYTER customer support is also absolutely excellent - they have worked closely with us to build the modules and are very responsive.

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

Nothing - there is nothing we dislike and we have no complaints.

**Recommendations to others considering BRYTER:**

I would 100% recommend using BRYTER. It is definitely worth spending some time exploring all its different options and possibilities, and the customer success and product management teams are extremely helpful in guiding users, investigating issues and explaining things.

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for more efficient case management, more streamlined decision-making and more effective case supervision. Our previous systems were quite disjointed and relied heavily on manual inputs. The BRYTER platform forms the bedrock of our new system, by pulling all the information from across the different databases and tools, meaning the information is easily accessible, easily changed and easily used. The key benefits are 1) saving us signficant amounts of time (now a lot of our processes, which used to be manual, are automated) and 2) improves the quality of our processes.

  ### 13. Bryter @ Simmons & Simmons

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan P. | New Business Product Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2021

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

The platform is quick and easy to use - and the first iteration of a product can be developed in a matter of hours. The UI is attractive and embeds well into internal platforms. The support offered by the team at BRYTER is first class. They are always at hand to talk through ideas (including running ideation sessions for lawyers internally) and offer support throughout the development cycle on a new module/product.

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

It can be difficult to iterate on BRYTER when managing revisions to long and/or complex decision trees. Such instances can be unavoidable where there are updates to legislation/regulation that impact the output of a module.

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our experience, BRYTER is best for modules/products that have a linear question set that arrives at a specific report/output based on the user's selections. By way of an example, it has been used successfully on projects where the user's answers determine a risk score (or indeed any other type of 'score').

  ### 14. Review for the NGO Guide Project

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2022

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

Colleagues at Bryter have been extremely helpful with explaining technical solutions to us and providing insight and input on our initial ideas.

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

I have nothing I disliked, generally, it has been a very pleasant experience.

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Bryter we partnered up to create a guided pathway that will help NGOs register all over the world. The main problem we are solving is the creation of a user-friendly technology that can be accessed and used by non-tech-savvy people.

  ### 15. Working smarter and more efficiently with Bryter

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrada C. | Secretary General, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2021

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

I appreciate the most how the platform gives you the opportunity to automate all processes within an organisation: from recruitment to events management. Although using Bryter is intuitive and made easy by the resources provided in the Help Center, I really like how supportive the staff is in helping with problems you may encounter along the way.

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

Regarding the overall functionality, it is really hard to pinpoint a downside of using the platform, especially with all the upgrades they made recently. However, one downside would be the fact that it does not support Safari as a browser, so it is harder to see the stats of your application if you don't have a laptop on hand.

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using Bryter to automate processes that would otherwise be time-consuming. Most recently, I have been working to automate processes in my capacity as Secretary-General of ELSA KCL, a local branch of an international student-led NGO. The projects finished so far include automating the recruitment process, taking Board Minutes and document automation. The benefits of using Bryter have been facilitating better communication within the society and its members, spending less time on administrative tasks and overall, working more efficiently to reach both short and long-term internal goals.

  ### 16. Automating processes made simpler & more organised

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Doris W. | Operations / Manufacturing / Design person, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2021

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

Onboarding tutorial & module examples give a clear overview of how to map decision-making trees. It makes me realise that I will have to be precise with process mapping to make the module design process as painless as possible.
Clean UI: Auto-tidying of the flow chart whenever nodes are added or changed; dynamic referencing & grouping keeping the graph tidy & manageable during creation & editing.

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

You can't select which nodes should saving user data for statistics purposes; currently you can only save all data from the entire module or none, which isn't ideal if you want to retain some of the data without dealing with the personal data compliance issues.
It would also be great to provide generic examples that link with BRYTER's numerous use cases, particularly with third-party app integration.

**Recommendations to others considering BRYTER:**

During my induction I was advised to spend the most time on the process mapping stage before transferring those processes into modules. I would endorse that advice for any platform being built to automate processes, mainly to make sure I always have an original process outline to follow when the modules become more complex and harder to look at with a bird's-eye view.

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collecting new client triage/onbarding more quickly and at scale and minimising manual and/repetitious client data entry into documents and standard application forms.
I'm still process-mapping and improving my fluency in building my first modules, but I can already see how this will help triage new clients into different categories of assistance needed.

  ### 17. No-code solution accessible to everyone

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2021

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

BRYTER's workflow and logic creation is structured in such a way that makes it legible, easy to create branched logic, and highly configurable. If a user needs to use an expression to add functionality to their workflow, they will be familiar with the structure of the expressions, having seen similar examples throughout business applications like Excel.

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

When starting out, you should have a clear idea of what the structure of the workflow should be. If you haven't mapped out all the different possibilities or end-points, it can be tricky to go back and add additional branches. Once you're familiar with BRYTER however, this becomes second nature.

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the primary uses for us has been to use BRYTER to add additional workflow and document review capabilities into a SharePoint-based solution. BRYTER has allowed us to ensure consistency in the solution's document review and provide data integrity.

  ### 18. Fast and intuitive automation of complex decisions/processes without coding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David Z. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2021

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

We deliver services to large production companies (film & TV production) that have to negotiate repetitive and very individual legal matters with their clients, freelancers and partners every day (rights management, risk assessment, contracting, ... ). Without a tool to automate those individual legal matters, each question had to be dealt with one by one. Implementing BRYTER, our clients automate most of these decisions. Besides speeding up and standardizing processes, this also results in a legal/contractual /routine that allows for tracking, analyzing and managing the resulting contracts (copyright management when reselling productions on an international level).

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

We used to build (code) and sell services individually (per task) that we now deliver using BRYTER.

**Recommendations to others considering BRYTER:**

Let the team of BRYTER show you what they would do with their tool in your organization!

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We build solutions with BRYTER that allow our clients to manage employee- and freelancer- contracts, copyrights, risk assessment, budgets and such when producing and selling film/TV. Especially the ability to standardize and with this track and manage copyrights is imperative for our clients.

  ### 19. Great opportunity to improve efficiency and degree of autmation in business and legal matters.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2022

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

Easy handling and wide range of opportunities.
Great customer support!

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

Nothing so far. There has not been anything what could not be resolved

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generating contracts. Automation of checklists.
Less standard work for legal experts. With BRYTER the colleagues have the possibility for "self-help".

  ### 20. You build you own tools, quickly, easily, and you can improve them your way!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher D. H. | Counsel, Intellectual Property, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2021

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

What do I like best? The ease of use and the control you have to change and improve the tools you build.
The easy-to-learn and understand interface lets you build a tool with "visual code" in no time. You can add the features and details you want, not just what a finished app/tool provider decided to include on their side. You can go back in whenever you want to make adjustments and improvements on your own.

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

What could be better? The ability to connect or interface with other systems is more limited than I would like. I know the BRYTER team is adding functionality and options tocommunicate with different programs and platforms, but this is the most limiting factor I see with BRYTER. If a task or job requires an entry into another system or a connection to another program that BRYTER cannot handle, the value BRYTER could bring is reduced, since using a BRYTER tool would still require a manual step or another tool to fill the gap between the systems.

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been using BRYTER to develop tools that can generate first drafts of agreements, and other template-based documents, more quickly and efficiently than using word-based templates or PDF forms. You can create a tool that can customize a draft based on user inputs and still produce a clean and well-formatted product with a few mouse clicks.

  ### 21. When anybody can build an app

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2021

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

BRYTER is an excellent instrument for organizations that are in need - and might not realize to be in need! - to automate their internal processes, but have no programming experts. Through BRYTER, we were able to reduce repetitive tasks significantly, making final results more consistent and our organisation generally more efficient. After a brief introduction, anybody can learn how to quickly build modules and "apps", without knowing anything about coding. And whenever a problem arises, the BRYTER team is ready to catch you and solve it very quickly.

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

There is not anything I dislike about BRYTER. The only problems that sometimes arise - as with any IT solution - are bugs, but they are always resolved very quickly.

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use BRYTER mainly for administrative and reporting purposes: we have built tools to allow the registration of new clients for example, and for lawyers to update the legal coordinator on their work. As everything flows automatically in our database, it has saved us time and made outcomes more predictable and consistent. Additionally, as we are a vounteer based organisation whose team members often change, BRYTER has allowed us to offer guided pathways to new members, who can feel confident they are following the right procedure.

  ### 22. Very useful solution to automate processes

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2021

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

I highly appreciate the flexible applicability of the BRYTER solution. I can think of several dozen use cases within our company. Furthermore, with the use cases gone live until today, our users report their satisfaction and positive user experience with the platform. It simplifies legal processes for them.

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

Building generators and workflows is not that simple and self-explaining as one could expect. I had some experiences with describing processes before (ARIS), but to get familiar with the functionalities and different tools was not easy. I learned that it is more complicated than expected and promoted. In the end, it requires a lot of experience and practice.

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are automating our legal processes and enabling our internal clients / end users to help themselves up to a certain level of complexity. For now, our internal clients save time and get their legal answer faster than before. Afterwards, they still consult us when they have further questions or the need for legal advice. What I hope is that also for our Legal Department, the benefit will further increase as well.

  ### 23. Valuable Tool for Self-Service - Now I build my own contract-modules

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2021

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

Everyone can use it! Even the first demonstrations of Modules / Apps fascinated me; and then with just a little bit of creativity and time, a number of use cases will come up. Each of my colleagues already had an idea what we could do with Bryter. And then I started myself and created a Module for generating of Service Level Agreements for Service-Sales-Team and a Portal for the Global Procurement. Of course, the always friendly and helpful Bryter-Team helped me. The time invested in building your Modules is definitely worth it. With the support of Bryter, you can map even the most complex cases and create contract-generators. Our business now uses our Modules as a matter of course, because the use of the built modules is child's play.

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

I want to have more time to build more modules for the business. ;-)

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NDA, SLA, DPA-Generator ... - provide templates or let the business create its own agreements. Both is possible. The most difficult thing is to take away the shyness of yourself and the users; as soon as you have used it once, whether as a user of a module or as a creator of a module, you will be happy to use it afterwards. In addition to generators for DPA, NDA and SLA, we have also covered LOI, PoA and other standard agreements. We have also made it possible to write standard clauses regarding force majeure, Covid-19, etc. In addition, we enable business to navigate through the "jungle" of the Group's guidelines and policies. And we go on; there are still many ideas ...

  ### 24. Really cool and easy tool even for dummies

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nina S. | Procurement and Purchase Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2021

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

- interface
- no prior knowledge of programming needed
- ability to track the work already done
- various modes of models (Live, working)
- hidden features one does not even know they need
- possibility to create documents at the end of the process is an incredible ease

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

- sometimes, in case of many elements in the process, it becomes a bit chaotic
- otherwise nothing really, I think Bryter is cool

**Recommendations to others considering BRYTER:**

- Bryter saves time and is in general a very efficient tool to use
- gives good overviews of work process
- it is fun:)

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- purchase orders flow - a questionnaire that collects all the important information from the purchaser and creates a document about their requirements
- this way is the process automatized and a lot of time is saved
- everyone know what they have to do and they can do it any time (no need to wait for an actual person to collect all the information from the purchaser)
- lower chance of any kind of mistakes

  ### 25. A step into the future of law

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2021

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

BRYTER's no-code platform is practical for speeding up the process of providing legal services.
But what I personally like the best in BRYTER is its user friendly interface and the logical thinking behind the application which is extremely engaging.
For building up a law-related module in BRYTER I believe that the basic understanding of law is necessary, but it is easy to work with BRYTER, even for those who do not have background knowledge in frontend software applications. It only needs training and practice which is possible via BRYTER Academy.
And last but not least BRYTER's Customer Success Management has provided us with a contact person who has been available to us constantly not only to updates us about the latest features but also to answer our questions.

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

One flaw that I noticed is that some of the instructions in help center of BRYTER Academy are either explained too complicated or the search engine for finding them does not work well in targeted search. Needless to say that so far, this has not caused any trouble since our contact from BRYTER's Customer Success Management has been available to guide us through the issues we face.

**Recommendations to others considering BRYTER:**

Learn through practice

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Legal matters.

  ### 26. Provides you with what you need before you know you need it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2021

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

The aspects I like most about Bryter are its simplicity and intuitive design. It is incredibly user-friendly and has kept on inspiring me to build, although I have no previous experience whatsoever in the tech area.

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

Sometimes it takes a little time to figure out the function most helpful for the aspect I want to translate into the module. However, I believe that the search is an essential part of the process and that it often is the complexity of the content adding to the time it takes to map out the translation with Bryter's available functions.

**Recommendations to others considering BRYTER:**

The introduction may seem long, but it is definitely necessary.

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Bryter to facilitate the process of solving legal cases. Our module serves as a guide through the essential questions and problems that may arise. It gives sufficient background information to enable the user to work more efficiently without extensive background knowledge on the specific subject.

  ### 27. Intuitive and well designed software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2022

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

It is very easy to use. After learning the basics, you are quickly able to build different tools you have in mind.

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

So far I haven't discovered any points I dislike, as I haven't had the chance to use it extensively

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Relatively simple disputes that need a written decision. This decision could be generated through BRYTER for a large part, which would save work.

  ### 28. Quick win in efficiency and great introduction for lawyers into Legal Tech.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dr. Silvio K. | Lecturer (Digitalisation, Law + Legal Tech), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2021

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

It is comparatively simple to build modules for end user use cases - small effort, big outcome. Bryter is highly supportive and service orientated.

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

There is nothing really to complain at the moment ...

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems we solve with Bryter are

=> Ease the access for our internal clients to internal policies, e.g. our anti-bribery policy or sanctions compliance.
=> partly automate workflows, like communication with our insurer
=> answer standard legal questions, like how to handle the won engagement in crisis/insolvency of clients
=> document automation for certain standard documents like release letter

  ### 29. Great Software Tool for legal services

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bjoern S. | Partner / Lawyer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2021

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

The easy way to implement and create process automation solutions

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

Nothing except one: There are so many features to learn and to use, but I have so less time to experience BRYTER ;-)

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We regularly use BRYTER for internal or external solutions. BRYTER enables us to manage complex process more efficiently and to create web-based software tools to create documents and communicate with clients. In particular, we use BRYTER for
1) managing complex projects
2) structure internal and external work flows
3) offer digital services to our clients.

  ### 30. Excellent intuitive / logical tool for automating creation of customized legal documents

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William H. | S, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2021

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

Logical. Intuitive. Outstanding support from Bryter staff (who give 200% to help one out on both general and specific issues).

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

Some of the features could be made easier to apply.

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) Automating customization of legal templates so documents can be quickly prepared not only by members of the legal team but also by business colleagues; 2) creation of knowledge databases; and 3) tools for accessing the most relevant document. Main benefits: a much more efficient and structured process for document / knowledge creation.

  ### 31. Easy to use - more depth than you'd think

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2021

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

Bryter will let you assemble a business logic and turn it into a web app. It is very easy to learn, a pleasure graphics-wise, and offers more depth than you'd think. A few simple node types and actions can multiply into a complex module and route user input straight into a database, or output a simple email or document. You'll be able to build big modules in a fraction of the time it would take to properly program a website or app - and brand them properly.

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

Recursive actions and validations are hard to build. Internal data validation is rather basic; for example, if a user enters an address, it cannot be verified against, say, GoogleMaps. Looping back up a logic tree is impossible, as is building multiple choice lists with opt-out (e.g. this - that - none of the above). While building big modules is fast and satisfying, the pricing model will discourage from building nifty smaller modules. While it offers good document completion capabilities, would not recommend it for full-fledged document automation tasks.

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Taking clients through complex business logic trees to offer solutions and advice in generated documents.

  ### 32. Excellent service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2021

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

There is so much possible with Bryter that you did not expect would be. It is a really nice program that gives you new insights in digital solutions. The people of Bryter are always happy to help and take as much time as needed to help you. If there is something that (you think) is not possible, they will always help you find a solution or even let the developers implement it.

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

It takes quite some time to really understand how to build a whole module step by step. And I think the formatting options could be a bit more extensive.

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a contract generator, to digitalize making loads of contracts manually.

  ### 33. The simple way to optimize workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian W. | Legal Digital Operations Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2021

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

Easy to use with lots of possibilities.
Fast rollout of new functionalities.
Fantastic support team and documentation.
Clean and fast interface.

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

Basic search and sort functions are currently missing in the databases and data views.

**Recommendations to others considering BRYTER:**

Motivate your team to rethink their current activities and enable them to automate recurring demands with Bryter.

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We reduce our inquiries by providing self-service modules for our Legal department, enabling us to focus on our core activities.

  ### 34. Building applications with BRYTER

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ian G. | Application Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2021

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

BRYTER is very easy and intuitive to use; this makes building decision trees quick and straightforward with minimal training or technical know-how required. The help resources and support provided is some of the best I have come across.

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

The BRYTER front-end interface has some formatting options but is quite limited compared to other web interfaces.

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our firm is using BRYTER to assist in automating the firm's various business processes (from legal to marketing). When someone has an idea to automate a process that is well structured and rule-based BRYTER can be used to create a decision tree to represent it. This is particularly useful for client-facing marketing initiatives.

  ### 35. Great software with amazing customer support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2021

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

The software is fantastic and has made significant progress in the last few years. BRYTER added so many features during the last years and the team improves BRYTER every day.

 - but that is only one advantage because the great thing about BRYTER is the team that supports onboarding and analyzes the real needs in interactive sessions.

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

To be honest, not much. BRYTER does what it is supposed to do. As a coder, of course, you can push BRYTER to its limits.

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can build self-serving tools for clients/lawyers on the fly and don't need to involve third parties for programming applications.

  ### 36. Broadly usable tool to bring your legal tech ideas to live

Bryter has a low entry hurdle, need little training for the staff yet can help realizing great ideas with a good ux

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

Bryter has a lot of connections to databases already, but could of course cover all available databases..

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are creating internal legal solutions to assist our attorneys and external tool to help our clients

  ### 37. How BRYTER helped ING scaling

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2021

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

In scaling organizations like ING there is always the challenge of finding the right information swiftly. BRYTER helps us to design our processes as transparent and seamless as possible, making information more accessible and enabling people to find the information they need, when they need it. This saves our time, our commercial colleagues’ time and means we can provide a faster, better service.

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

Nothing really. With BRYTER we can automate repetitive tasks which means we’re better able to use our resource with more complex and individual tasks

**Recommendations to others considering BRYTER:**

A key feature of BRYTER is how easy and intuitive it is to use. It is a low threshold to start using, making it easy for professionals like lawyers to overcome the obstacle of using technology in their day-to-day business.

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For example, we use BRYTER to gather information weneed for keeping our contract database up to date.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Renewables & Environment | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2021

**What do you like best about BRYTER?**

Great customer support. Content agnostic tool. Multiple possible applications - can be used for different purposes and across multiple in-house departments.

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

A minor downside was the learning curve being steeper than initially expected (but this also depends on the complexity of the documents one aims to automate), meaning more time was spent learning how to use it.

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated generation of standardized legal documents. Strong reduction of time and energy spent on drafting such documents on manual basis and has allowed us to better service our internal clients by being able to focus on higher value matters.

  ### 40. Very straight forwars tool, excellent customer support.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

I like that it's intuitive to use and that I barely have to check the FAQs. If I have to look something up, there are helpful videos and articles, but best of all: there is always someone from Bryter to help, answer questions, and support. The module building itself is quick and leads to time-saving tools, which make the work not only easier for us lawyers, but also for my colleagues from other departments.

If there were things I didn't like or wanted to be implemented, Bryter helped, coded, and implemented them - nothing to dislike.

Visibility of logic and conditions allows you to spot errors / what logic powers what areas easily

**What do you dislike about BRYTER?**

Post completion of module experience, lack of data and insights once a user completes (i.e. lack on the user side, not the back end)

**Recommendations to others considering BRYTER:**

This is a really clean, easy to use and powerful tool that delivers if you need a decision automation tool to build out complex logic.

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What problems is BRYTER solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transparency of a process with lots and lots of stakeholders. The user is guided thorugh the process and sees at the end what he / she needs to do next.
