When I heard about Brilliant Directories online, I was immediately drawn to the huge number of features the platform offers, along with no more worries about security, updates, or automation. Brilliant Directories is a professional-looking online directory builder for any online business owners to set up, build and maintain a proper professional membership web directory and simultaneously maintain thousands of classified ads and product listings. It is very easy to use and set up. The directory templates are good and modern, and the directory layouts look great. The directory submission service is very fast and efficient. I do recommend this excellent directory tool to newbies, and expert users alike. This is an excellent web directory software, and I enjoy using it and it is always so easy to use and install, thanks to the elaborate and detailed video tutorials and help documentation that comes with it. I can also update any content asset, assign a custom domain, or replace my existing template with ease! Not to mention the option to create and maintain a blog website and also customize and sell digital products. There are other helpful features that I have just started exploring. I am currently using Brilliant Directories for almost a month now and I am finding the experience to be a mixed bag. The learning curve is steep whenever I want to tweak the readymade templates to suit my purpose and objective. I often find myself having to go back to the assistance page a lot when I want to use specific features. My only other complaint is that there is no way to get in touch with support through live chat or at least a video call which can be frustrating because I just need to kickstart my directory building campaign and any one-on-one guidance in the initial stages would have gone a long way to help me start my journey with Brilliant Directories. There are tons of tutorials and software guides to learn from. They also offer you to write questions and have them answered. You can pay to have the work done for you. You can continue to purchase from them creating different companies under one model design. They send you emails of webinars any specials on the software. They allow for payments for purchase. You do not need to know coding for a basic to moderate site. You can have unlimited theme changes. They are always coming with upgrades to add-ons to improve your sites abilities. If you put time in and want to start over you have to pay a one time 49 dollar fee. There should be a button to allow you to start anew people change and so do ideas and if you mess up your paying to either recode or restart. You must get it right if you plan to do it yourself. It would be great for a small organization like a sports team, church, family committee, small service or if you want to just offer resources or create a specific dating service etc. This would be a great option especially if your on a budget, or if you want multiple small online sites under one umbrella. Some of the VIP add-ons could've been given on the frontend for free. Just simple things like social logins should've been free. 3. Nothing to help retain your users.
