The team is incredibly responsive and helpful with round the clock support which is especially helpful when designing/working at various hours. **What do you dislike about Brilliant Assessments?** The number of options can sometimes make it difficult to keep up with the learning curve, but that is where the support of the team is incredible. Above all else, in a day and age when people seem to have forgotten their manners, the support team is exceptional. Very responsive, very knowledgeable, and always happy to help. I created a complicated assessment with multiple sections, complex calculations, and reporting. There are so many possibilities for your assessment with this software. I went through three other assessment softwares before landing here. Brilliant Assessments, by far, has the most capabilities and ease of use. **What do you dislike about Brilliant Assessments?** Like anything, there are quirks. Creating documents in Word only to convert them to PDF is frustrating mainly because I am not a sophisticated Word user, and creating aesthetically pleasing documents was a pain, although Brilliant Assessments has ideas on how to solve that (those ideas mostly worked for me-I just struggle with designing professional, creative reports in Word). Sometimes you have to find those quirks out the hard way. For me, one of the biggest challenges is that it uses counting to score assessments, not spans (which is what you need when placing a person on a distribution as opposed to just assigning a score). With the help of their support team, we resolved the issue with some simple calculations to convert the count into the span score. Any challenge I have had has been met with grace, kindness, and a "can-do" attitude. It's so refreshing. **What problems is Brilliant Assessments solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was struggling to find an assessment software that solved all my problems: control over calculations to ensure they were built accurately, easy delivery of reports, a professional-looking experience for clients and assessment-takers, dashboards, and a partner portal.
