Brikl has been the only platform to provide international options for my clients. In addition, their product line is constantly growing, allowing more options my clients are looking for.

The back end setup can be a bit cumbersome, but they are working on improvements.

The ability to successfully implement single item orders has been a huge win for me and my clients.

only downside is that not all garments are available yet.

the problem of clients having to order with MOQ in mind.  with BRIKL, there is no minimum.

By creating team stores it has helped increase our sales.

**What do you dislike about Brikl?**

It feels like we are constantly having issues with our stores.  When it negatively effects our customers experience this could decrease our future sales.

*update:issues are becoming less and less

We needed team stores and Brikl is less expensive than revamping our entire website.

**What do you like best about Brikl?**

I used Brikl and got to know that there are a lot of different ecommerce platforms. I used to use WooCommerce but noticed that the ease of using this is much more better than all the other ecommerce options out there :)

**What do you dislike about Brikl?**

As this is not very well known or heard yet it seems like the people would not directly start working with this software and hence i feel integrations and marketing as a company needs to improve. I will still say this is one of the best platforms for online shopping sites.

**What problems is Brikl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being cloud based and an award winning app is not easy. Brikl has been doing it all with various api integrations and solutions across platforms. Tax understandings and a simple workflow is what helps me the most. :)

Brikl comes with a unique micro stores features like custom reporting, stay in sync & rapid store set up, which helps to scale up businesses & grow fast efficiently compared to other businesses.

Brikl has many unique micro store features which helps businesses to scale at a faster rate compared to others but this features need to provided in a simply manner for easier excess by businesses.

Brikl helps to set up stores faster thus it is reducing time. So, that a particular business can invest more in scale up business & grow at a faster rate to gain more customers.

**What do you like best about Brikl?**

There is so much to say about what I like the best.  Simple site design feature, multiple micro-stores under one domain, able to create multiple sites under one account.  For other providers, this would include addon costs, or require a different login and new backend.

Then there is the product customization feature with full 3D.  This is the direction customers want especially since offering personalized or custom product features is possible with today's manufacturing.

But what I like the best is the ease to get a hold of my account managers, their management and the support teams.  I am not talking about online chat with a random support staff member.  Since starting with BRIKL over 18 months ago, I have had the same 2 managers looking after me and my account.  On top of that, when there is an issue - the support team is very easy to work with and talk to.

**What do you dislike about Brikl?**

Nothing is perfect and the one aspect that I dislike - and it isn't even a serious dislike - is that some of the features or site customization that older ecom providers can offer are not yet developed.  This is, from what I can tell from talking with the management team, is mostly due because they are a young company and things are in development.  I cannot wait to see what they will be like in the next 12 months after seeing what they have been able to offer me since I have started with them.

**Recommendations to others considering Brikl:**

If you are serious about offering your products on the future of what an e-commerce platform should look like - then you need to contact the BRIKL team and have a walk-through with them.  You will sign up after.

**What problems is Brikl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are solving the multiple domain sites/Team or Micro stores under one domain.  This was an issue when we used other providers to look after our clients' needs and was costing us numerous monthly subscriptions.

**What do you like best about Brikl?**

The platform is constantly evolving and adding new features. 3D Studio is a state of the art tool without comparable competitors. Functionality and editing options are far beyond average.

**What do you dislike about Brikl?**

Some functionality is still missing. Bulk actions and the possibility to open sections in separate windows. This would save a lot of time when working at the backend, gathering order stats and editing team stores.

The platform makes it possible to work with small teams and clubs that are not willing to pay for design services but instead choose to make their own design ready before manufacturing.

Affordable, Easy to use, has an exemplary user interface, Great customer service, Saves from a lot of manual work through their automation, and the platform is constantly evolving.

I was pretty satisfied with Brikl, but Some functionality is still missing but states that they will come soon...

It eliminated a lot of manual work through their automation and saved time like we can create designs how we want and etc which saves a lot of time!

Brikl is fairly easy to get started with and the user experience is good, their automation of stores saves a lot of time for users giving more productivity for end users. affortable, excellent costumer services, great designs.

**What do you dislike about Brikl?**

Overall with great experience brikl's documentation could be better, Starting from the point while we get started there is no pricing being displayed but we have to contact sales which is not really ideal for users. Few features are not available and is on coming soon.

**What problems is Brikl solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we used brikl to sell products as creating a new platform by coding would take forever, we used it as a go-to selling platform and of course, we didn't regret.

Easy to work with. Simple product constructor. Easy to use for clients.

Some bugs time to time, that are resolved quickly after reporting.

Saving time on communication regarding design. Great that costumer can create a design that he desires, and for us- designers, it's a huge time saver.

Brikl has improved our business by making us more efficient at processing orders by eliminating as much human interaction as possible stopping any human errors occurring. It has made purchasing our items easy for customers and allowing us to showcase our products and designs in a more professional manner. 

In regard to any questions and queries we have for the Brikl Support Team, they have responded to us within a quick and reliable timeframe. They are very prompt at finding solutions to any issues we have and making our business more attractive and easier for our customers to use.

Any of the dislikes we had, Brikl has put systems in place to satisfy our needs.

By using the Brikl system, it is eliminating a massive amount of human interaction when processing orders. This has been very beneficial as orders can be processed quickly, and mistakes are not likely to happen.

**What do you like best about Brikl?**

Lost of cool features and possibilities, like the 3D studio and the possibility to create plenty of team stores easily. The support team answers my questions really fast!

**What do you dislike about Brikl?**

The software is lacking some really useful features which require hard coding and won't be available in the nearest future. Would be great if we could still get them for an additional price, for example. The content builder needs more customization features and freedom of action. More of the things WordPress would offer.

Building team stores for customers have never been easier before. It's one nice way to present our products to the new customers, offering them a little more than just the garment, but also a fully working web store. Also, the 3D feature is a great thing to attract customers, giving them an option to design the product themselves.

It feels as the platform isn't truly ready for primetime.  We have experienced many headaches spanning many functions.  We weren't sold a complete product.

We appreciate the support and business-minded thinking of the management team, which helped add extra value to our services as well as open new possibilities for expansion.

The start of integration was challenging, as we onboarded in the year 2019, which was the time Brikl had one of the first software version, but during our cooperation, there was numerous updates and new version releases, so now the software is better and we see the great updates coming in Brikl roadmap.

We are adding extra value to our Private label custom sportswear production services by adding e-commerce solutions to our offer. So now we have all the necessary tools to build a fully integrated eCommerce store for our private label customers, or microsite for sports teams.
