**What do you like best about Brightfield TDX?**

Brightfield’s TDX platform has been particularly useful for our HR department for obtaining information about our workforce.  They offer crucial information about performance, skill, and attrition rate, among other things, and drive it through AI.

**What do you dislike about Brightfield TDX?**

For certain purposes, I can occasionally lack the granularity of the reported information.  For instance, it becomes slightly tedious to delve into departmental or regional key performance indicators.

**What problems is Brightfield TDX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TDX enables US to go beyond the mere recitation of the fundamental parameters of the workforce.  The data insights from AI are useful in recommending the most effective ways of handling talent to enhance staff retention.

**What do you like best about Brightfield TDX?**

Best tool to convert any raw data to insights.
Talent Data exchange helps to optimize both extended workforce and employee talent segment.
It helps to creates our insights using any domain data.
It is very easy to learn and use as it doesn't need much knowledge transfer.

**What do you dislike about Brightfield TDX?**

Pperformance of tool is very bad sometimes when we try to use more data.
It has limitations in supporting many sources.

**What problems is Brightfield TDX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was solving our insights creation for our source data.
As we have many data sources it helps us to create insights easily.

**What do you like best about Brightfield TDX?**

The ability to ingest complex, messy client data from multiple sources is very powerful. TDX can work with real-world transactional data rather than requiring extensive data cleansing beforehand. This enables it to unlock insights others might miss.

**What do you dislike about Brightfield TDX?**

AI is only as good as the data provided. Low quality, incomplete, or siloed data will limit the insights and optimization TDX can deliver. Additional data cleanup may still be required.

**Recommendations to others considering Brightfield TDX:**

Carefully audit and clean your data before ingesting into TDX models. Garbage in will lead to garbage out. Dedicate resources to consolidate data sources and maintain quality over time.

**What problems is Brightfield TDX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Analyzing large volumes of fragmented spending data across multiple systems to identify savings opportunities - TDX ingests messy data and finds areas for improvement.
