We've shipped to over 60 countries at this point, and Canada has become a big market for us. Flavorcloud is always ready to help also if a shipment does get stuck for any reason. **What do you dislike about FlavorCloud?** The user interface on the old platform really wasn't great. It was very cumbersome to use. The new platform just released is a quantum leap forward though! It is definitely saving our team time and they are much happier using this new interface. **What problems is FlavorCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shipping internationally used to be a pain staking process for us of finding the best rates and filling out customs paperwork manually. This saves us so much time and reduces cost for our customers. ### 2. Their service quality is great as well! **What do you dislike about FlavorCloud?** I didn't have any complaints about Flavor Cloud so far. My only issue with them was that they had a technical issue with the shipping rate tier setup, and it took a while to get fixed since we requested it. **What problems is FlavorCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Other international shipping services require high order volumes to lower shipping costs, making it hard even to offer international shipping to our customers. We didn't want to burden our international customers with too expensive shipping costs, and with FlavorCloud, we were able to start the services and were able to serve global customers with reasonable rates. ### 3. Customer support is really helpful, and usually replies very fast! **What do you dislike about FlavorCloud?** I usually have to reach out to customer support if a return label is needed, but their response time is really fast, so it's not unpleasant to have to wait a little bit for a return label to be generated. **What problems is FlavorCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** FlavorCloud shows the shipping rates to our customers, which makes international orders a breeze, with a lot of transparency. Some international shipments take longer to get to customers, depending on the country, but FlavorCloud is always super helpful with updates on tracking information. ### 4. Now my customers are no longer shocked with extra landing fees, and everyone - including my customer service team - is happier for it. FlavorCloud is also exceptional at handling any issues that one may have with a courier. All my issues have been handled the same day, allowing my company to ship confidently. **What do you dislike about FlavorCloud?** There's not much to dislike about FlavorCloud, but as with everything, it would be nice if the service was less expensive. However, I'll always choose quality customer care over a cheaper service any day. **What problems is FlavorCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** FlavorCloud allows my clients to pay customs and duties at checkout. They also handle any shipping issues that may arise in a timely fashion. ### 5. Whenever we've had issues, they've been able to provide a solution within a few hours. In the rare cases they could not help directly, they would provide resources on how we could further pursue the issue. **What do you dislike about FlavorCloud?** The new UI they implemented a few months ago was a bit tough to get used to. It required us to retrain our warehouse and customer service team. There's nothing wrong with the new UI per se but I personally thought the old UI worked just fine. **What problems is FlavorCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** FlavorCloud allows us to manage all our international orders in one place. This makes it very easy and streamlined for our warehouse team to fulfill and ship international orders ### 6. Our account manager and beyond are always accessible and are more knowledgeable than we are about expanding our business internationally. They utilize our data to make informed best practice recommendations and challenge us to think outside the box. **What do you dislike about FlavorCloud?** We do not have a feed built between our current 3PL partner and FlavorCloud, which makes order import and order processing for our 3PL partner a very manual process. **What problems is FlavorCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** FlavorCloud expands our international reach while navigating all the "un-fun" things that come with international laws and regulations shipping across borders. We've been shipping cross border to Canada for years and have mixed results with other companies. I do wish I could effectively expand beyond Canada, but time will tell. **What do you dislike about FlavorCloud?** Some of our customers have had issues, which we've found support to be somewhat capable of handling. We've had some issue with pickup and shipping with partners. **What problems is FlavorCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've seen some logistical issues and unknown fees on the customer's end. Overall this service has allowed us to ship larger goods confidently to Canadadian customers. ### 16. Because international shipping is so expensive, I've had to pay hefty fees out of pocket on the few occasions when packages were lost. **What problems is FlavorCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** I appreciate the simplicity of the process. We understand that this is a tradeoff for excellent customer service. **Recommendations to others considering FlavorCloud:** Spend time understanding how International shipping works and how best to use it.
