We experienced an invalid click rate of over 50-60%, which made our ads practically worthless. This made it more obvious that we did not want to continue or have anything to do with them. But despite our attempts to get help to address the issues, we received no support or response from their side. **What do you dislike about BrightBid?** BrightBid's communication is slow and unprofessional. For long periods, it was impossible to reach anyone, which made it difficult for us to manage the termination and issues with advertising in time. Their contract terms are also unclear and can easily be misunderstood, with hidden clauses and automatic renewal that are not clearly communicated. It feels as if they deliberately exploit their customers by making the process unnecessarily complicated. We have now been forced to dispute their invoices and are considering legal action. If you are thinking about doing business with BrightBid, be very careful. Their terms seem to violate both the Contract Terms Act and the Marketing Act, and their practices are far from transparent. We also like that fact that we can add content organically over time and BrightBids product keeps matching this. It increased traffic on parts of our content from basically zero to 15% of our total traffic on our website. And now we also see how this newer content keeps getting more and more organic traffic. The AI also pushes our site to be more interactive with our visitors which is good, since it’s very easy to feel confident in old ways of communicating. **What do you dislike about BrightBid?** None that I can think of. You have to be on more then one platform if Bing is increasing in importance. **What problems is BrightBid solving and how is that benefiting you?** In pushes out content that isnt discovered fast enough organically. ### 3.
