We've written many spiders, but after using BD for the past year on a few sites, we will choose them whenever it is possible to extract the data we need using their service.

We've run into a variety of issues over that year and they have all been addressed - most of them promptly. Enhancements to the extracted data or to the scope of data to be extracted have also been implemented.
