I find Brandwatch Consumer Intelligence extremely valuable for social media listening at work. Its capability to allow our team to see what impressions and topics are being spoken about in relation to our business is significantly beneficial. Furthermore, it helps us gather meaningful insights on our key performance indicators, including earned social metrics, improving our understanding and strategy.
