**What do you like best about BPM?**

Good project management and customize Netsuite to how you want it.

**What do you dislike about BPM?**

No insight into best practices on configuration. Shortcut configuration in a way that was not Netsuite recommended. Also no expertise in global setup.

**Recommendations to others considering BPM:**

You need to know exactly how you want the ERP configured. BPM will not give you much guidance but will configure Netsuite to how you want it.
