**What do you like best about BottomUp?**

I found the notion of having free access to a constantly expanding number of innovation courses as perfect for recharging my creativity toolbox. The emphasis on skills appeared perfect for applying toward the real world.

**What do you dislike about BottomUp?**

The course delivery felt somewhat disorganized. There were gaps that were not well-defined to lead the users between the learning modules. Sometimes I got the impression that I was switching from topic to another without sharp transitions.

**What problems is BottomUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ‘BottomUp’ proposed to meet my need for continuous learning in the field of innovation. These proved valuable in generating new concepts for my other art works though I was left on my own to solve puzzles.

There is great variety in the Masterclasses, and I can access the courses anywhere in the world.

After completing a number of courses already, I have nothing negative to say right now :)

**What problems is BottomUp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am getting better at areas where I did not have confidence previously, such as rapid prototyping, working agile as well as managing people more effectively.
