**What do you like best about BotsCrew?**

The chatbot development and setup are easy and don't take time to deploy. Additionally, they have predefined use cases for every industry, making the selection and overall chatbot development process easy.

**What do you dislike about BotsCrew?**

The chatbot is not intuitive and driven by artificial intelligence. The conversations that could happen between the chatbot and the end user are predefined that are already based on the predefined script.

**What problems is BotsCrew solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Botscrew helped us in generating new leads for our newly set-up startup. We automated the entire lead collection process to reduce human engagement and the associated human cost.

My company hired BotsCrew to create their personalized Customer Service chat, the process was seamless, quick and I like that you can select different languages, very professional If I compare with others

**What do you dislike about BotsCrew?**

I find the monthly fee a bit highI for what it is

**What problems is BotsCrew solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We don't have enough staff to manage the basic, customer service questions all the time, so BotsCrew is our chat for Whatdapp, it takes a lot less time for us t focus on that
