**What do you like best about Botmother?**

Good customization options.

Good API integration and workarounds should you not wish to integrate into CRM systems.

Easy to Setup.

Visual Chatbot Builder.

Love the overall Service.

**What do you dislike about Botmother?**

Since there are many similar products out there, overall the performance and UX could be improved, especially the bot builder part

**What problems is Botmother solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer response and lead generation are the area being focused and will help me to reduce the time required for customer acquisition
