**What do you like best about Born Digital?**

That is why Born Digital has been an innovative platform that reinvents how organizations approach deploying virtual assistants with technology. If you and your employees want to design and implement virtual assistants – with an environment that’s very user-friendly, powered by a highly advanced AI system, and completely flexible – then it’s possible to easily make virtual assistants happen.

**What do you dislike about Born Digital?**

We have come across a few small issues that need to be addressed when using Born Digital, primarily, the inability to customize the design to a great extent. However, it has been our observation that the advantage that is provided by Born Digital largely outweighs the above-mentioned disadvantages.

**What problems is Born Digital solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using this software, our main business challenge was the inefficiencies of implementing virtual assistants and sending them to customers that needed our services. With Born Digital, we were also able to drastically cut the time and effort that is needed to create and launch new virtual assistants, therefore, enhancing customer satisfaction and boosting the productivity of the team.
