**What do you like best about Boost.ai?**

I really appreciate Boost.ai for helping us transition from a rigid, limited predefined flow to a flexible and dynamic agentic flow. I like the flexibility and user customizability it offers, allowing us to tailor a very bespoke and focused experience for the end customer. The initial setup was easy, and we were able to recreate 100% of our previous chatbot in less than a week.

**What do you dislike about Boost.ai?**

I did experience in one ticket for support that the tech support first responses were obvious AI generated responses that gave false information at first, and afterwards the issue wasn't explored despite having volunteered my time to guide through the issue with the steps I was able to reproduce the issue.

**What problems is Boost.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boost.ai helped us move from a rigid, limited chatbot flow to a flexible and dynamic agentic flow.

**What do you like best about Boost.ai?**

In my role as a project manager and ai trainer working with Boost AI, I'm very satisfied with both their product and team. They've created something quite special: an advanced AI platform with many complex components, wrapped in an interface that's simple to understand and use. 

Boost AI excels at making complex technology accessible. Natural language processing is typically a complex topic, but they've made it understandable for non-technical users to learn and work with. This means our team can actively improve prediction accuracy without needing deep technical expertise. Their focus on user experience and the customer journey really shows in how intuitive the platform is. The team is very adaptive to new technology. When ChatGPT emerged, they were quick to implement it into their platform. Within a short time, it matured enough to be used in highly regulated industries like finance - which is exactly what we needed. They're also excellent at providing documentation and frameworks necessary for risk assessments and DPIA (Data Protection Impact Assessments), which is crucial for compliance and security. 

Their Customer Success Management team is focused on maximizing the value we get as customers. They don't just provide support - they actively work with us to ensure we're getting the most out of the platform

Boost AI creates opportunities for knowledge sharing across their customer base through webinars, seminars, and an active community forum where customers, developers, and consultants can share experiences and discuss challenges.

The main improvement I would like to see is the addition of more customization options for Boost AI's chat panel when it's integrated into our website.

We appreciate Boost.ai for its flexibility, intuitive no-code platform, and excellent language understanding. The solution allows us to manage both chatbot and voicebot in one environment, saving a lot of time and ensuring consistency across channels. What we like most is its ease of use and the ability to quickly build and maintain advanced conversation flows without coding. The platform is stable, suitable even for non-technical users, and continuously improving. We also value the excellent customer support — always responsive, proactive, and solution-oriented — as well as strong analytics and reporting tools that make it easy to track performance and optimize results over time.

**What do you dislike about Boost.ai?**

Overall, we are very satisfied with Boost.ai. The platform is powerful and easy to use, but sometimes certain advanced configurations or integrations require additional support from the vendor.

**What problems is Boost.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boost.ai helps us automate a large share of customer interactions across digital and voice channels, significantly reducing pressure on contact centers. It allows us to provide 24/7 support, resolve most requests instantly, and ensure consistent communication quality. The platform also improves customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by deflecting traditional calls and enabling seamless handover to agents when needed.

Boost.ai offers an incredibly intuitive interface for building and managing conversational AI. The no-code training of intents and flows makes it easy to iterate quickly, even for non-technical users. I especially appreciate the platform’s scalability and how well it handles complex dialogue structures. The support team is responsive and knowledgeable, and the documentation is solid. Integration with external systems is smooth, and the analytics dashboard gives useful insights into bot performance.

**What do you dislike about Boost.ai?**

There’s very little to dislike. If I had to mention something, I’d say the analytics could be more customizable, especially when it comes to filtering and exporting data. Also, while the UI is generally clean, a few areas could benefit from minor UX improvements to speed up navigation.

We use Boost.ai to optimize our internal advisory workflows, helping employees quickly identify the right contact—whether it's a phone number, email, or department—based on their specific scenario. **What do you like best about Boost.ai?**

What I appreciate most about Boost.ai is its intuitive platform design and flexibility. It enables teams to create and launch conversational AI solutions rapidly, even without extensive coding expertise. The workflow is seamless, and the analytics tools simplify tracking and enhancing chatbot performance over time. The customer support and community are excellent. We use Boost.ai every day, and all of our implementations have been very straightforward.

While Boost.ai is a strong platform overall, the learning curve can be a bit steep at the beginning, especially when it comes to mastering advanced features like intent hierarchies and integrations. Once you get familiar with the system it’s powerful, but onboarding could be smoother.

The platform solves the problem of scalability in AI-driven communication. It allows our team to manage large volumes of inquiries efficiently without sacrificing quality. The Boost.ai platform offers a wealth of useful tools, features, and resources, all accessible through a straightforward and intuitive interface.

The Academy modules are very nicely put together. A blend of all learning styles to allow anyone to master the platform.

The customer success team is incredibly supportive, they go above and beyond to ensure your project is a success.

In general, the people I've met from Boost.ai have been very welcoming, supportive, and are passionate about the product.

**What do you dislike about Boost.ai?**

I'm yet to see any downsides, I'm incredibly pleased with the early results of our virtual assistant.

I truly appreciate the straightforward setup process of Boost.ai, which was especially accommodating given that I am visually impaired, relying on only ten percent of my sight. This accessibility facilitated my ability to register for and participate in webinars, a crucial activity for me and my colleagues. The platform significantly benefits my work by expanding our reach through webinars and fostering engagement with a large audience. I find the accessibility of the chatbot highly commendable, even though I haven't personally used it, I've heard great feedback. It supports my initiative to recommend Boost.ai to our customers confidently. The system's design accommodates users with varying accessibility needs, making it inclusive and user-friendly. The experience of keeping updated through different webinars and tracking customer comments has been seamless, ensuring information is constantly at our fingertips.

**What do you like best about Boost.ai?**

I truly appreciate Boost.ai for its intuitive and easy-to-use interface, which significantly simplifies the process of adding new questions for the virtual assistant (VA) to handle. The reliability of the system is impressive, with no outages experienced over four years of usage, ensuring consistent service. The company’s commitment to customer support and success is evident through their setup assistance, providing a developer and a subject matter expert who guided us through the process. Their ongoing support is remarkable, as they continue to meet with our team to ensure everything runs smoothly, even years after initial deployment. The platform efficiently manages increasing customer inquiries, reducing the need to escalate to human operators, which provides a clear return on investment by saving costs while handling a large volume of interactions. Additionally, Boost.ai's human chat feature allows seamless escalation of calls from the VA to human chat staff.  Our voice callers also interact with the VA and is seamlessly integrated with our VOIP system. The built-in training programs in their learning academy are also beneficial for helping new staff members become proficient administrators.

**What do you dislike about Boost.ai?**

I wish it had better reports for the Human chat. Reports such as when are our busiest call times, heat maps, etc. We are able to get a monthly count of how many calls each rep took and wait times, so the basics are there but advanced reporting on the human chat side is lacking.

**What problems is Boost.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Boost.ai increases customer inquiry handling efficiency, reducing escalations to human agents and saving costs. Its reliable system and easy administration enhance team productivity, while customer support ensures smooth operation.
