For someone who is nontechnical, it might sometimes become a little hectic. There's nothing specific very difficult for me to understand, as all the features are very basic and easy to grab. However, I would suggest that improving the user interface and overall experience, especially when managing multiple reminders or scheduling emails at large scale for multiple clients, would be beneficial.
