What do you like best about Booksy Biz?

Booksy is quick, easy, and effortless to schedule and book appointments for customers/clients! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Booksy Biz?

Depending on your settings you choose, I will sometimes be bombarded by texts and or emails regarding my appointment. These are helpful, but can be excessive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Booksy Biz solving and how is that benefiting you?

Booksy allows customers to create their own booking without sending an email or calling by phone to set up an appointment. There is no risk of missing out on contact with a customer, or having them wait to hear a reply of a confirmed booking. Cancellations are very easy as well, and both parties are notified of changes, scheduling, and cancellations very easily and efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Booksy Biz?

It's efficient and resourceful for my online bookings and helps with calendar reminders on appointments booked based on services needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Booksy Biz?

I'm not sure if this is user error but I find that Booksy is a bit tricky when trying to book a second appointment on same day. I think it makes you cancel the previous before you can book a new one. Again, this may just be user error on my part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Booksy Biz?

The ability to search up any personal care service I need and see every appointment available within a certain mile radius that I have set. Other apps do that too, sure, but not as user friendly as booksy in my opinion Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Booksy Biz?

Absolutely nothing. There isn't a single thing I would change about this app. I have never had any issues personally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Booksy Biz solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a really busy person, it has saved me so much time that I would have spent calling places one by one to figure out when the next available appt for a service is. With booksy, I can book an appointment and receive a confirmation either immediately or within a day or two depending on what the business has set for appointment confirmations.
