What do you like best about Bonzai?

Recommendations to others considering Bonzai:

This is a great system to use for bespoke advertising and even for quick social media ads. They are a great team to work with and are helpful when you need support, but keep in mind that they are based in India so the time difference can be problematic if under pressure to get an ad live. What problems is Bonzai solving and how is that benefiting you?

It really allows you to do video quality animation in ads without blowing out the file size. It enables you to take digital ads to the next level with the ability to do complex animation very easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bonzai?

Service level is excellent - Bonzai's team is always ready to assist in troubleshooting and educating my team on any new features. They are also keen to hear the ways they can improve as a platform, which in turn help us to become more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonzai?

Some of the features could be further improved, such as tag generation that may pose as a headache in complex, highly customized campaigns. Nevertheless, the tech team will always be ready to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bonzai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Creative management. We worked on more than five to ten different campaigns daily, and Bonzai helps make that process more efficient. In my previous role, our core business was focusing on location intelligence, so Bonzai's hyperlocal location features make our campaigns more credible and impactful. Our clientele in SEA was constantly asking for high impact, bespoke creatives and Bonzai was able to fulfill that demand through their platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We appreciate a lot the prompt and personal service that Bonzai deliver and this includes everyone in the organisation: from the account management here in Australia, to the CEO who visits frequently, via the Product and Dev teams that are always available to help with ideation and development of new formats as well as trouble-shooting. What do you dislike about Bonzai?

Rich Media is still quite complex and we require quite a lot of support. We have reduced the overall time it takes to process a Rich Media campaign, but they are still quite resource intensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
