Being such an extensive program it is overwhelming to start, but my co-captain and I have never had an issue picking through the program until we find a solution to any of out problems. I like how the front-end page ends up looking, as it creates a somewhat of a flow for participants to learn more about what you're offering. This could be improved by creating pages to be seamless or have one solid background over 4 to 6 sections blocked out on the home page. I like that participants have their own login to track their fundraising over the years in one account. As a participant, the customizable page to send donors was helpful, but I found trouble sharing the link as it wasn't consistent. I like that videos can be used in the hero image section of the website, it offers a small customizable opportunity to engage visitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Bonterra DonorDrive? The entire layout of the backend. It's confusing, overcomplicated, and not intuitive for the user. As someone who understands technology decently, I spent more time troubleshooting how to fix an error than actually making updates to the website. As a user, the lack of consistency in URLs was found confusing when trying to direct people to your fundraising page or any page with noteworthy content. Any time I would include my link in social media posts, the URL would break and come as an error. Whenever it came to copying and pasting content into your personal page, the fonts would not automatically adjust. Adding a more in-depth text customization menu could fix this (offer font choices, sizes, and colors, rather than heading 1, heading 2, or paragraph). The emails received through Donordrive lacked a modern layout and overall engaging feel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Bonterra DonorDrive solving and how is that benefiting you? I like that it streamlines the process for a participant/client-driven campaign. It's a good option and allows the customization of their fundraising cause, which seems like a limited feature with other products. Especially allowing others to freedom to customize their fundraising pages helps further engage donors to be a part of the overall campaign. I think smaller campaigns or ones focused on a single event would benefit from this program as it can be simple with the absolute basic functions. For a campaign like Ride Don't Hide that has multiple campaigns within the one, it might have been too complex even when the more complicated functions were used within Donordrive's backend functions.
