There also have not been any AI related upgrades, and I'd like to see this to ensure that the product isn't falling behind. There also seems to be less support coverage on chat, which is a bummer. My favorite part is the emails, which we use a lot to contact our participants without having to keep track of all the emails and names. These are three widely different applications and yet the software seems to have come easily to all three groups. I enjoy how powerful it is, allowing me to export exactly the data I want with custom formatting. My students are able to provide troubleshooting for their peers without resorting to contacting me every time, and the normal users (event participants) are registering and creating teams with ease. A Mini-THON event involves hundreds of participants forming (and re-forming) dozens of teams while raising thousands of dollars. We simply couldn't manage it all without giving students a "them-facing" platform to do their own coordination. President Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) 7/1/2025 "Bonterra DonorDrive has been so helpful!!" 5/5 What do you like best about Bonterra DonorDrive? DonorDrive has been so simple to use which has been the most helpful aspect!! Being President of my organization means that I have to make sure all of my members get onto DonorDrive including our alumni. However, with DonorDrive it takes me no time at all to get everyone on! What do you dislike about Bonterra DonorDrive? I’m not sure if this is a DonorDrive issue or an issue related to my fundraiser but I dislike how my DonorDrive link will stop working after the fundraising period is over.
