As I start in my new role, I'm learning how to use this resource. So far, DD seems to be user friendly, which allows me to pull reports and plan events quickly and efficiently. I will say that organization-specific printed instructions would be helpful. As I sat through our training, I realized that I would forget about 75% of the information being taught. I wish the donate button wasn't automatically set to $50, it's very easy to make the mistake of donating $50 when you might want to donate a smaller amount or bigger amount. I would say not being able to delete teams that are added by mistake. I ran into this last year and could not find a solution to this. I love that I can see all my participant and donor information- that is when they exactly get a donation, had a friend sign up, I can pull food allergy information, shirt size, etc. which makes it smooth to run my program. DonorDrive makes it very easy to see your fundraising efforts all in one place. It is a great resource to share out with people on many platforms as well and makes it relatively easy to donate also! On the admin side, it is somewhat challenging to pull the reports and information that you may want or need to see. For instance, if you are trying to reward your top donor in a class or see information related to specific fundraising groups within your overall fundraising event. DonorDrive makes it so incredibly easy to share our information our with parents at our school. Links that have been set up for us by class make it easy to track where classes are at as well. It is also very easy to share the links out to our personal pages, too! I love that there is information right on the pages, too. Data Engineer Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) 11/17/2022 "Almost Completely Satisfied" 4.5/5 What do you like best about Bonterra DonorDrive? They are great and easy to work with on their support and development teams. I've never had any issues being able to resolve any of my needs with them. Highly recommend working with them. Their support has always been quick to respond to any tickets we've submitted to change anything at all in their system. They prioritize their issues and requests quite well. I've always been impressed by their ability to get stuff done and out the door without worrying about "When is my request going to get handled," like at many other places. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Bonterra DonorDrive? There's only one thing that I dislike about DonorDrive. That's their EXPORT API. The EXPORT API has minimal requests you can make per minute. If they increased the number of pull requests you could make per minute, I'd give them a 10. Their API at the time of writing this review allows two pulls per minute, and any further pulls within that window will fail. This window of requests refreshes every minute. This leads us to want to pull as much data as possible in that window of time to reduce the wasted time that could be better spent pulling data vs. sitting there waiting to do another pull. Each and every page of a request will use 1 API pull, which means if you've got 60 pages of data to run through, you're going to be AT LEAST 30 minutes if you're willing to risk a failure somewhere in there. It's easy to navigate and make anything we need and allows us to customize it enough to run our programs and events through. Their API makes it simple to sync the data we need to build reports.
