It feels like the process demands a higher level of knowledge and insight than one might expect, making it less user-friendly for those who may not be experts in data analysis. I enjoy how easy it is for donors to make a donation! Additionally, the feature that allows donors to display the donation amount, message, and their name to only the user is an incredible feature. It takes away the stigma that accompanies donating. As a user, I enjoy how easy it is to track donations, send thank-you messages, and set milestones. It is also very easy to set up an account and check your donations. Even though I have never had to use Customer Support, my peers have and they find the help line to be very beneficial. I use DonorDrive almost everyday in tracking my donations because it has integrated so easily with my other applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Bonterra DonorDrive? The only aspect that I dislike about DonorDrive is the fact that some users can use Venmo and some cannot. As a college student, I have noticed that some of my peers do not carry their debit or credit cards with them, but they do have those cards connected to Venmo. Some donors are not as reluctant to donate if the sight is sketchy, or if the process is too lengthy. DonorDrive keeps the process short and friendly, while also welcoming the donors to donate.
