We replaced our old tool because DonorDrive is so user-friendly. Your pages look a lot more professional. The tool is very flexible to use as well. I loved the implementation team. They have a great process to follow, but if you need custom work, they have a process for that too. They are very helpful and willing to do whatever it takes to make your implementation go smoothly. What do you dislike about Bonterra DonorDrive? When looking at the "Transactions" tabs, I often want to look at which student is getting a donation, not so much the donor's name. If this could be a bit different, that would be so helpful. I'd love to be able to view the reports online without having to export them first. Sometimes it takes a couple iterations to be able to make sure all the information and filters are exactly what you need. More efficient to view it before exporting the data. Having to get a code every other day we log in. I understand having a verfication process and the need of that because of financial information. I thought that I was the administrator for my page, and I was trying ot unlock the notification to participants who have not raised any money yet this year for THON, and I was unable to do so...
