What is most helpful about DonorDrive is its ease of use. DonorDrive is very easy to navigate and is friendly to users of all ages. For example, my grandmother who is not technology-friendly had a perfectly fine time using DonorDrive. The site is simple, yet has many behind the scenes features that only improve the use. I use DonorDrive often and it is the fundraising site Penn State uses for THON. It has been very easy to implement within our org and from what our members have said, they have integrated well, as have I. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Bonterra DonorDrive? The admin side of DonorDrive can be slightly confusing and difficult to navigate if you've never used it before. There are a lot of hoops to jump through to get to where you want to go. There are almost so many features that it gets confusing. If there were more straightforward ways to navigate the admin side, I would have no dislikes about the program. However, whenever I do encounter an issue, DonorDrive's customer support is very helpful in helping navigate the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Bonterra DonorDrive solving and how is that benefiting you? DonorDrive solves the issue of scattered and unallocated funds. Because it is the primary source we use for fundraising, all the funds go exactly where its expected and needed to go. DonorDrive's customer service is the best I've experienced in fundraising software. They address any question or concern immediately, along with follow ups on any issues that may occur. The product is easy to use from an administrative standpoint and intuitive for participants to use. DonorDrive has helped boost our fundraising from $1.2m to a $1.8m event is 3 years. There are a few administrative areas that could be improved withbthe product including the ability to create custom reports without having to go through support, and the ability to delete old forms, participant types and other items. Autocommunications, giving the participant the ability to propel their own fundraising using the tools in their dashboards and giving our staff the ability to put reaources in the dashboard cuts down of the amount of staff time needed to answer questions. By far and away, the ability to run customized reports is my absolute favorite feature of DonorDrive. I also find it very easy to use from a new users perspective. The learning curve for me was much flatter than other databases I've used. Finally, the integration between DonorDrive and other systems we use seems consistent and reliable. The primary problem we were solving in switching to DonorDrive was integration with our constituent management system to ensure we provide the best constituent experience possible. In addition to CMS integration, we have gained additional fundraising capabilities for our fundraisers and a drastically better user interface for our admins and fundraisers. Donor Drive has been a great platform for my non-profit to increase our online fundraising revenue and constituency! The program is easy to use, both for us administrators and for our fundraising participants, and the system offers great reporting, customization, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Bonterra DonorDrive? The email functionality could be improved. It's pretty basic HTML with little customization options, so we aren't really able to brand it in a way that feels like it comes from our organization. Donor Drive is our primary online fundraising software. We've used it for 6 years now, and we've been really pleased with how it allows us to grow our fundraising constituency, increase our revenue and event participation, and customize the product to suite our variety of fundraising events and initiatives. When we onboarded in 2018, it solved an immediate need which was a fundraising software that felt like it was modern, easy for the front end user, and had certain reporting features that would allow our fundraising staff to do the work of increasing fundraising revenue year over year.
