Your pages look a lot more professional. The tool is very flexible to use as well. I loved the implementation team. They have a great process to follow, but if you need custom work, they have a process for that too. They are very helpful and willing to do whatever it takes to make your implementation go smoothly. Even though I have never had to use Customer Support, my peers have and they find the help line to be very beneficial. I use DonorDrive almost everyday in tracking my donations because it has integrated so easily with my other applications. **What do you dislike about Bonterra DonorDrive?** The only aspect that I dislike about DonorDrive is the fact that some users can use Venmo and some cannot. I will say that organization-specific printed instructions would be helpful. As I sat through our training, I realized that I would forget about 75% of the information being taught. That's their EXPORT API. The EXPORT API has minimal requests you can make per minute. If they increased the number of pull requests you could make per minute, I'd give them a 10. Their API at the time of writing this review allows two pulls per minute, and any further pulls within that window will fail. This window of requests refreshes every minute. This leads us to want to pull as much data as possible in that window of time to reduce the wasted time that could be better spent pulling data vs. sitting there waiting to do another pull. Each and every page of a request will use 1 API pull, which means if you've got 60 pages of data to run through, you're going to be AT LEAST 30 minutes if you're willing to risk a failure somewhere in there. **What problems is Bonterra DonorDrive solving and how is that benefiting you?** They create a well-done platform for p2p fundraising. As a participant, the customizable page to send donors was helpful, but I found trouble sharing the link as it wasn't consistent. It's confusing, overcomplicated, and not intuitive for the user. As someone who understands technology decently, I spent more time troubleshooting how to fix an error than actually making updates to the website. As a user, the lack of consistency in URLs was found confusing when trying to direct people to your fundraising page or any page with noteworthy content. Any time I would include my link in social media posts, the URL would break and come as an error. Whenever it came to copying and pasting content into your personal page, the fonts would not automatically adjust. Adding a more in-depth text customization menu could fix this (offer font choices, sizes, and colors, rather than heading 1, heading 2, or paragraph). It's a good option and allows the customization of their fundraising cause, which seems like a limited feature with other products. The only specific error I ran into is the support site requires login (nbd) but the links to specific help articles (appreciated) don't bypass the login page. so I have to separately access the support site and search for the help article after I know what it's called. **What problems is Bonterra DonorDrive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We want to offer a wide range of regionally customized events and fundraisers for our national organization. We have many events that have little in common, rather than repeating the same event. Most competitors fall short in their ability to serve the needs of each event and local host.
