# Is there a space to have minutes recorded in real time?

Diversity can be included, especially when what was said may take on a different meaning when read, one month later.
Our members are always on Boardpro during our hui, so when motions, amendments, and recommendations are noted, those who made them can be assured that what is written in the minutes, is what they mean.  
I really like the Action List also.  Those who need to action matters or issues, can then be notified straight away, rather than having to rely on memory.

The Action workflow feature is often commented on. Often it falls to the administrator/PA/EA to follow up on actions assigned by the board. This can sometimes be an arduous job. Using Action workflows takes the action away from the individual with BoardPro creating the follow-up tasks and them sending regular reminders to the assignee until the action has been completed.
