One of the features i really like is how BoardPro helps simplifies agenda creation and automates the distribution of Board packs. I like BoardPro for its simplicity and efficiency. The agenda builder makes preparing meetings very easy, and the centralized document storage ensures that all board members have secure access to the right information. I also appreciate the multi-device support, which allows me to stay connected whether I'm on desktop or mobile. The agenda builder saves me time by letting me quickly prepare structured meeting agendas. The document storage keeps all governance files in one secure place, so I don't have to search through emails or folders. While BoardPro is very effective overall, I think the mobile app could be improved with more functionality. Sometimes the customization options for agendas and reports feel limited, and adding more flexibility would make it even better.
