# How has Board Intelligence helped you manage and access board packs in one place?

I have found Board Intelligence easy to use, with a user friendly interface and a support team that responds quickly and helpfully (e.g. Yasmin Mowafy helped me update my phone number straight away after I reached out noting I had an issue with this). One of the biggest benefits for me is using it to download board packs and being able to see all the board packs in one place.
