## About BlueOnyx
It is the mission of BlueOnyx to provide a fully-integrated Internet hosting platform that includes web, email, DNS and file transfer services from a simple, user-friendly web-based interface that is easily installed on commodity hardware or virtual private server. As an Open Source initiative, BlueOnyx will always be free to download, install and use. **What do you like best about BlueOnyx?**

Be aware of the name BlueOnyx hosting, which is anything but ordinary. It's different from your typical web hosting service. Instead, think of it as a powerful software platform, like WordPress, but for your servers. With BlueOnyx, you're in the driver's seat. Many business tools, including your website, are accessible anywhere.

**What do you dislike about BlueOnyx?**

I must say that BlueOnyx is a rather effective tool.  however, it may be rather challenging to find ways to get to grips with it if one does not have a great deal of computer knowledge. The directions are still not very good and there should be more content provided to assist new members in getting started. All in all, BlueOnyx is a good program, though it will take you one or two hours to understand how it works in order to open it to the maximum.

**What problems is BlueOnyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my view, BlueOnyx is a marvelous tool for hosting clients. It incorporates all the services, from web hosting to email services, server management, and many more, into one package. It means one does not have to run several programs at the same time or bother about conflicts. It has helped me save a lot of time and that ultimately has a foregoing effect on my clients’ bills. In addition, their services’ reliability has been generally enhanced. Another one is that it is beneficial across the board; that is, it is a win-win situation.
