BlueFletch Enterprise is designed to provide advanced enterprise-grade security management for shared Android devices, featuring robust Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities and comprehensive Device Lockdown services. BlueFletch provides solutions for login and authentication, user and device compliance, and device lockdown and recovery. All product features are included in the BlueFletch offering and the cost is based on an annual per-device license. Below are some of the key product features, now enhanced with SSO and Device Lockdown services: 1). Enterprise Launcher: a secure home screen replacement for company-owned, rugged Android devices that ties into all major Identity Providers and provides multi-user single sign-on (SSO) across all web, mobile, and third-party apps. When a user logs in, Launcher will only display the apps associated with the user’s directory group/role-based permission; users can also re-authenticate their session with NFC, barcode, PIN, fingerprint biometrics, and face recognition. To protect against device loss and data breach, admins can configure smart logout rules (such as logout on a cradle or inactivity timers), and Launcher will clear any cached session data/destroy tokens upon user logout. 2). Support Agent for Device Lockdown: a background service that captures and logs critical device-specific events in real-time to increase visibility and reduce help desk costs. The data (such as network performance, battery health, app usage, software, and system information) is stored in the cloud and displayed in a customizable dashboard with KPIs and ad-hoc queries. Device Lockdown services ensure a secure device environment, limiting access to authorized functionalities. 3). Enterprise Installer: a Google-validated Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solution that supports all standard Android Enterprise features and device management sets. Paired with our Playbook MDM tool, admins can run plays and deploy advanced actions to devices (e.g. install apks, config files, and certificates directly to a device), either through an existing MDM or with BlueFletch's lightweight toolset. "A huge step forward in Android Device security and configuration management"

What do you like best about BlueFletch?

Bluefletch Launcher & EMS Authorization are the two most useful tools I have ever come accross. And over time they have become even better.

With these two apps, we are now able to lock down the android device so that certain apps/features are only available through SSO, improving device security. We are now able to restrict users to only have access to the tools they need to do perform jobs, reducing number of help desk calls we receive.

Essentially everything that these tools do is configurable via a configuration file. Updating these settings is extremely easy, too. You modify a JSON file and send it to the device via your MDM of preference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlueFletch?

After over a year of working with the Bluefletch toolset, I have not found any downsides to using Bluefletch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BlueFletch solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Bluefletch software provides an added layer of security and integration. We are able to use SSO to lock down apps and prevent users from accessing them unless they are signed in. We can use the Bluefletch SDK with our internally developed apps to integrate our apps and passthrough information from our SSO provider to our applications.

It also provides us with the ability to configure many things about the user experience that would otherwise be a huge pain to change. For instance, on our Zebra devices, we can set it up so that users are only able to access certain areas of the device settings. We are able to create an icon that only gives users access to the wifi settings. This reduces help desk calls since the users are no longer able to mess with other device settings, and accidentally change/break things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BlueFletch?

BlueFletch EMS has provides Azure SSO authentication with MFA, a highly customizable and branded layout experience, and a browser-based dashboard to monitor device health and locate/ping lost devices. Integrations with OEMs like Zebra and Honeywell really round out the capabilities (like app/data wipe) that no EMM can match. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlueFletch?

There are very few things about the Enterprise Launcher I dislike, but I wish the packages were unified and available via the Google Play Store. Others may like the modularity, but I prefer a single deployment that includes core functionality. Documentation is acceptable and overall helpful, but I do wish there were more examples with screenshots and explanations of expected behavior. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BlueFletch solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problems we solved with BlueFletch EMS was the ability to use Azure AD SSO with role-based layout control. This allows for every handheld to have the exact same configuration and for any user to log with their corporate credentials and access their apps. Additionally, their SDK gives us the ability to develop internal apps or work with vendor partners to use the same SSO experience. Leadership down to retail employees feel the devices are friendlier and much easier to use which is a testament to adoption rate as we phase out legacy hardware. What problems is BlueFletch solving and how is that benefiting you?

With BF Launcher we can use Android devices as shared one in our envirement.

The Authenticatore provide us the option to logon to the devie with our own IDP.

The BF Browser gives us the full control which Weblinks are used with which indiviudal settings like using the camera for uploading documents.
