The biggest thing for me is seeing how our brand shows up in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and AI Overviews all in one dashboard. Before this I was literally typing prompts by hand to check. The share of voice view against competitors is what I open most, you can see which brands the models push for your category and which sites they cite. Also it's open source, so there's no lock-in and you can self-host if you care about your data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Elmo? It's still a young product. Docs could be better and some features feel early. I've only been using it a couple months so there isn't much historical data yet, and the trends really start making sense once you've tracked for a while. More and more people find products through AI answers instead of Google, and we had zero visibility into that. Elmo fixed it. Now we actually know if the models mention us, how often, and who wins when they don't. It changed how we plan content, we go after the sources the models cite instead of just chasing keywords. Elmo has been fantastic to use for tracking AI visibility of my sports management platform RecordRanks. It shows me how often my product is being cited for specific AI search queries, compared to my competitors, shows me the performance over time with a very intuitive UI, what sources (links) it's citing, and even gives an AI overview of it all with useful tips on what can be improved. And it's pretty easy to get started with the self-hosted option for free too. I highly recommend it, I think it's genuinely worth it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
