The UML like design makes easy to understand and explain to Stakeholders what the robot is doing and it's also easy to maintain the robot on long term **What do you dislike about SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation Platform?** Blue prism could have a better tag control on their queues (we had a situation where several robots stopped in production because the name of the tags had too many characters, however, the length of then was lower than 25 chars) and also a better integration with tools like docker.
